I booked 2 bhk for 3 days.. rooms were not clean and neat dust was all over . Bedspread was not neat.. housefly and other insects were inside the house .. owner was only concerned about Identity proofs and full settlement as we entered the property.. not bothered to check in how we felt the place was. In the entrance door had spider web and in the living room as well there was a big web and spider roaming .. Definitely not exceptional property as mentioned in booking.co.

Room was very good. Room is 1.2kms from cliff. Care taker is very helpful in arranging auto and two wheeler rentals. Cons: No board of the apartment which was difficult to locate Wifi connectivity is average to room, however you can use in the common area Overall good stay and service

There are so many power cuts and there is no power backup also.
