Well maintained and neat. Budget friendly and Cosy rooms with a good view. Customer service was good. Location is easily locatable.

First of all know how to talk with respect to the customer. If u have options only for 2 days na. Delete your room. From Booking site. For what need allocating rooms in website

Don't book this property through agoda. After tiresome travel of 12 hours we were told that this property will not accommodate bookings done through agoda though you have the room confirmed. After arrival, we had to wait and look for others properties because you have no options. Better avoid booking through any app but to call and confirm before travelling to this property beforehand. Had a worst experience in my journey to valparai. Reply to owner. Yes sir you showed that number are not showing because the rooms are booked through agoda and that's what mentioned in my review and note that I was clearly told that no rooms are available in your property.

Awesome place to stay for long time as well. Excellent service and staff is very much polite. Rooms were clean and neat.. value for money..

It was walkable distance from the town. Very well maintained rooms. We had a wonderful stay there and staffs are very friendly and generous that they made us feel home. If you are new to this location you can very well stay in this hotel.. Worth for money. Highly recommended..

Nice location. Very calm.. Excellent view from the rooms to see Nallamudi estate.. Budget friendly. Family friendly. Owner is very friendly and ready to help. I had nice stay for 2 days.. Rooms are clean and tidy..

Really a wonderful place for tourists with Family. Manager and staff are so kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and neat.. you will find the car parking space just opposite to Ganapathy Home Stay.. Quiet nice sceneries around the spot..

They will ask you to cancel the rooms, if they get another bookings. I booked 1 room 2 days before, and before the date of my travel, they told that the rooms are booked by another people, and told me to cancel! It is risky to pre book and travel. They can reject the booking. I booked via MakeMyTrip and the stay was confirmed and I paid the amount too..
