Rock Village Home Stay

i heard about this place many times and somehow wanted to go...... to start with its a home stay with a magnificent view of the Kanchenjunga range. the last 4 km road is just pathetic and certainly test your backbones. after reaching there you will look at the nature and bound to say wow. the amenities however are very basic. routine food, friendly stuffs. do not expect any thing more than the heavenly view. happy journey......

I'm sure you'll truly love the place. It's wonderful and their hospitality is very nice.||You have a very beautiful, mindblowing, Bomblastic view point near the Resort, Ramitey View point..Once you are there..you must go and visit Ramitey View Point. On the way, I'm sure that you will get atleast one bite from those leeches. But, that is really an amazing experience.||In the village, I found the Nirmala Village resort in higher altitude than other resorts which will offer you more scenic wonders.||When You stay there, you feel like you are one among them. The people there are very nice and friendly. The resort was neat and was completely made of wood.||The most beautiful thing that I liked there is the view.

Most third class home stay i have seen ever. Food quality is too poor, rooms are so dirty... They have no responsibility for guests... it's totally waste of time waste of money...

Mr bimal the owner is a awasome person.He is also the owner of the place.Rooms are good and reasonable costing.The view is awasome. The food is homely and we'll cooked by his wife.Trek route to the forte is very good.The sunset point is wonderful.

Hospitality is very good...one single care taker is managing everything in the homestay...New name is Mountain View.Rooms are average...food is good..approach road is very bad...in a clear day great Kanchandzongha is clearly visible..privacy has to be slightly sacrificed as mentioned by guests earlier...otherwise it is the best stay option at Silerygao...

First of all the owner Dilip Tamang is very much gentle and ready to help and so is his familyWe stayed three nights there .He arranged a bonfire and bar b q.Dont miss chhang and chicken curry threre .Once you are in a problem [though there will be no chance] ,Jjust ask dilipji and rest will be taken care of .the rooms are basic with western toilet.hot water for bathing is supplied in buckets
