THE KADAMBARI HOMESTAY

We spent one night in the first week of June 2019. A lovely house set amidst lush greenery including custard apple and jackfruit trees. We had the main house all to ourselves which consists of three bedrooms and well appointed large common living room. We felt at home immediately. Bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The host is a young lad Siddharth who is very welcoming and helpful - feel free to ask. Overall we're very pleased to have stayed here.

Big spacious clean rooms! Very beautiful view from the terrace! Host Siddharth being a very gentle man took good care of all 12 of us in our group and arranged cabs for us at reasonable rates. He even arranged a barbeque/bonfire for us on the chilly night of Dec25th 2021! Stayed here for 2days from Dec25,2021 to Dec27,2021. Best accommodation in the price category! The main building has 3 rooms plus a nice and cozy drawing room / sitting area, a dining area and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 more rooms on the outer side having attached baths!

It was a nice experience staying at Kadambari Homestay ..Location and gardening of homestay are awesome. Rooms are clean and food was really tasty with very reasonable price. We would also like to thank the owner ( Sidhharth and his father also) they are very much humble and cooperative, behavior was really very very good. Just want to give a small suggestion if possible try to arrange 1st floor room accommodation as from upper floor view will be more attractive. 😊

Kadambari Homestay is a conveniently located homestay in 7th mile, Kalimpong. The rooms are spacious with basic amenities, there is a huge living area where you can sit and chill if you're in a big group. The meals are served in the dining area located right in front of the rooms. The meals are super yum and if you are more comfortable having home cooked food then go for the food here blindly. Siddarth is a great host who made sure we had a comfortable stay. He arranged a cab for us for sightseeing. He manages the property single handedly and is very efficient at it. Overall, it was a good experience!

Thank to kadambari homestay, because this place makes me feel my second home.Me and my family ricieved a warm welcome from the host,my parents are old and my brother was ill,,,, become a big brother the host rajibji always there to help me. Siddarth also help me to inform, the right way... Above all this place is beautiful, fresh air, smell of flowers, jst awesome experience.. neighborhood also very good,,.I will suggest all time,,, plz experience once this place.. i also enjoy the share taxi by cheapest fare right to the downstairs.amazing experience....I will come again this place.thanks a lot to god,show me the Right stay....

An excellent homestay with really good authentic food. We had a delightful 2 nights stay with barbecue and bonfire, the hosts are very welcoming and can also customise the stay according to your needs. Affordable as well as comfortable. I have no complaints ! Also a big thank you to the hosts for providing us with such a warm stay💛

Kadambari Homestay is one great experience I've had. Best place to stay in Kalimpong, no doubt! My plan was to stay in the city for 1 day, i extended my days just for the comfortable stay the homestay offered. Sidharth is an amazing host, he was very helpful and attentive. He is very knowledgeable of the places to eat and visit, not only in kalimpong, but also in sikkim and Nepal. The homestay is located away from all the noise of the city and is extremely cozy! The views from the terrace and the hall room is breathtaking! The neighbors are so friendly and polite. They took me to a local temple, located on the 3rd mile road, we had momos, bhujia and lots of talks. It felt like family. I'm definitely gonna miss everything. Taking all good memories from the place. If visiting Kalimpong, Kadambari homestay is a must visit !

Siddarth's homestay is a pleasant place along Giri road, while you're tailing your way into Kalimpong town. the homestay is spacious, clean, has a quaint touch to it, with the furniture, the carpets, and the pictures you see around. you'll also have an amazing view of the lower hills of the Eastern Himalayas from the terrace! as for Siddarth, personally I found him very accommodating, and helpful! oh, and he makes great food, so much so that you'd probably not want to go to the town at times! :p all through the week I was at Kalimpong, it was a great place to be, to work in peace, and head to the town whenever I wanted to. I'd totally recommend that you'd give a try, and enjoy Siddarth's hospitality of Siddarth! I'll be coming back for sure, next time I'm visiting the town!
