I take great pleasure to share this review.The property is beautiful with a lovely view, attractive veranda with seating arrangements, clean and tidy rooms and above all a hygienic washroom with all modern amenities available. The person to whom the property belongs is a wonderful person with a sweet family who are very friendly and so down to earth people. The scenic beauty from the room will hold everyone back to this place. It was very difficult for us to return back to Kolkata after meeting such nice people. The behaviour of the staff and food needs special mention. I promise everyone will feel at home once they visit this place. It's a must visit place that is highly recommended to all.

Me and my family were overwhelmed by your hospitality & service. The room was so neet & clean and very comfortable & cozy, my special gift was the godly view of "The Sleeping Buddha" - The Kanchenjunga from the room and the balcony. Lastly the location of your property was so serene, picturesque and a very peaceful area to stay.

Amazing property and with a great view and ambience. All staffs are really good and professional. And the food quality is too good, they served delicious bengali food. Highly recommend.

We had a nice stay there with my small children, everything is well planned, staffs r very good,polite.. owner Mahadev ji has a vision & he and his wife r govt employe and maintaining the homestay at best level. He himself a learned person & had good discussion about flora & fauna of Kalimpong ..he has contact of good driver with new car.. food given was plenty, local made noodles,vegie increase the taste many fold....they never bothered about hourly tea... One more star attraction is his friendly labrador " Alaska" & his cute 4 yr old son.... We will surely visit the place next time....

One of the best home stay I have ever stayed. Located 2km away from Kalimpong market with a great view of Mt Khanchendzongha in a clear sky & kalimpong city also. Morgan House, Golf course, Gouripur house (where Rabindranath Tagore stayed), Pine Nursery are nearby walkable destinations if you can walk 1-2 km in this hills. The cook Ronit Bhai provides very tasty food. Quality & quantity wise the food is beyond expectations & they provide lot of variations which is not possible in other homestay. Mr Mahadev the owner takes very much care about the guests comfort & their travel also. He will guide you to best locations on your route. Like he suggested us to Pala river bed when we went to Charkhole from his homestay. Over all you can trust this propery & Mr Mahadev.

The home stay is located at very beautiful place with a view of mighty Kanchenjunga mountain from the window itself. The rooms are very good and clean at par with the photograph. The owner and the staff are very courteous and helpful. The food is very nice and very good. The preparation of food is very light. It can be rated as home out of home.

Excellent place to enjoy the beauty of Kalimpong.Mahadebji, the owner is an amiable person who works hard for maintaining the standard of hospitality he gives his guests. Our stay at The Brick Housestay has been nothing short of phenomenal! The homestay's breathtaking location offers a mesmerizing view of Kanchenjunga from the comfort of our room, balcony, and rooftop – a treat we were fortunate enough to experience. The rooms are immaculately maintained, equipped with all essential amenities. What truly sets this homestay apart, however, is the exceptional hospitality extended by Mahadev Sir and his staff. Their warm and personalized approach, including expert guidance on local sightseeing tours, made our stay truly unforgettable. This has been, without a doubt, the finest homestay experience I've had the pleasure of enjoying.
