One of the best locations in Kalimpong, a little further down from the buzz of the town, this place offers a laid-back ambience to the visitors. The pool is clean and the location is safe for kids and women. It gets quite crowded during the weekends and afternoons, so weekdays and morning times are the best times to get an empty pool. They also offer comfy rooms and great cuisine on order.

Even though the property is located at a very convenient location, the service was very disappointing. It almost felt like a the whole joint was just a front and no staff was really interested in providing a quality service. It's understandable that being at such a location sometimes some items are not readily available so they have to travel to town to get the customer's orders..yet the staff kept our order pending while constantly assuring us the order was coming... After more than 2 hrs of wait.. The staff yet conveniently kept us unaware of the unavailable service

This place is absolutely pathetic. I went with my 9month old daughter and aged in-laws only to find out they have no power back-up. We had to spend an entire night without electricity. The management did nothing but give us false hopes. Additionally the pool is mostly occupied by locals. Even they host parties for outsiders. The guests have no privacy or seclusion, so why choose an Offbeat property. There is nothing called housekeeping. The rooms remained dirty during our entire stay of two days. Even after repeatedly calling them and following up with them they do not bother to supply basic amenities like towel or toiletries . The rooms are claustrophobic with zero ventilation.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Kalimpong and it was pretty good. It's a bit far from the main city, about two to three kilometers away, and the road to get there is not the best—it's steep downhill. But once you arrive, the space is nice. The hotel has its own swimming pool, restaurant, and bar, which is nice if you're not planning to do a lot of shopping or sightseeing. My friend and I, who were traveling by motorcycle, found it to be a good place to stay. The room was spacious, though not super clean. The bathrooms were decent, and there's a nice big balcony and outdoor seating area to enjoy the evenings. The swimming pool looked clean, although we didn't get a chance to swim. The food was okay; they have their own kitchen and cook for guests. Overall, it was a good experience, and I might consider staying here again on my next visit, even though it doesn't have a great view like some other hotels in the area.

Good hotel with excellent location, peaceful ambience. Thoroughly impressed by the service. Room was excellent with WiFi. The food, I had dinner and breakfast, was exceptional and restaurant staff were attentive and diligent. The pool area was also fantastic offering stunning views. I'll definitely be returning with family and friends for some much needed relaxation and rejuvenation. Not forgotten the bonfire..kid's enjoying a lot. High recommended for short getaway for families and friends..
