Shaakyamuni Homestay, Lava

The Homestay made the trip so amazing. The staffs were so polite, the food was delicious. I wanted to try the nepali thali, they prepared it with so much care. The rooms were clean with excellent service. The location was nice. 5 mins walking distance from Lava Monastery. It's away from the crowd but still close to all amenities.

We went to Shaakyamuni Homestay, Lava during peak 14-16 August Holiday but the service was not at all compromised. Rooms are great... I have really enjoyed the balcony. Mr. Anupam the owner was very humble and cooperative. Chef is also humble in nature. Food was served as promised. We took car service as well for 3 days which also didn't disappointed.

Shaakyamuni Homestay definitely surpassed all my expectations, very clean and spacious rooms… most importantly at a nice location — I was looking for a quite and serene environment and this homestay definitely provides this, great view. Definite recommendation to all who is planning to visit Lava.

A truly wonderful stay in Lava! The beautiful surroundings, cosy ambience and peaceful atmosphere were perfect, but what touched us the most was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Their little gestures made us feel more like family than guests.We left with beautiful memories and a very happy heart. ❤️ Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with heartfelt hospitality!

Incredible experience of mine adds to life another chapter TO LOVING LAVA MONASTERY , TO ME, LAVA IS A PLACE SEEMS TO BE MADE ONLY FOR MY INNER SOUL,IS MADE TO MAKE FULFIL MY INNER THIRST OF HILLY JOY AND HAPPINESS, AS I LOVE LONELINESS, IT HAS FILLED MY SERACHING AT THE FULLEST, ANUPAM DA IS MAN OF HONUOR AND I AND UDOY RESPECT HIM , HIS "SHAKYAMUNI" HOMESTAY HAS FULFILLED MY INSATIABLE THIRST FOR HILLY FOG AND HILLY WEATHER, OVERALL THE FOOD,THE AMBIENCE,THE GOOD BEHAVIOUR OF ALL THE STAFFS RELATED TO SHAKYAMUNI WAS JUST AWESOME, I WILL RECOMMEND SHAKYAMUNI TO ALL THE SOULS WHO FEEL RESTLESS WITH THIS MUNDANE WORLD AND DIFGICULTIES RELATED TO EVERYDAY LIFE......
