I had an amazing stay! The rooms are absolutely superb, clean, and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable, being just a stone's throw away from the railway station and bus station. This made it incredibly convenient for me to travel to Tirumala and other parts of the city. The fact that the stay is located in the heart of the city was a huge bonus, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Sahasra, and I wanted to share my experience with you, as I believe constructive feedback is essential for improvement. Regrettably, I must express my disappointment regarding various aspects of my visit. Firstly, I found the level of cooperation from the staff to be lacking. In the hospitality industry, attentive and friendly service is paramount, and I felt that my concerns were not addressed with the urgency or warmth I had hoped for. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. It was disheartening to find the accommodations in such a state. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of any hotel experience, and unfortunately, it detracted significantly from my overall stay. Given these issues, I cannot recommend Hotel Sahasra as a suitable place for travelers seeking a pleasant experience. I believe that with a focus on staff training and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards, the hotel could greatly enhance its service.

Booked the hotel via Agoda. The room is full of cockroaches. We booked the hotel for a single night stay only. When we checked in, it is mid night. The reception person had already slept. We had to wake him with took full five minutes. The water heater controls also only at reception. We had to wake him again at 4:30AM to switch on the heater. All these are ok, but the cockroaches in the room can not be accepted. Actually we booked the same hotel in a gap of 2 days. After seeing the room, we cancelled the next booking and took another hotel. When we complained about the insects, his reaction is just just OK. So look the room before booking.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and perfect. The hotel’s location was ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants And for bus Stand. Highly recommend for anyone to visit.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. No room service Owner is very worst begaviiur Dirty pilliwsand ood used bedsheets they are providing. Never enter into this hotel. They are maintaining lady for room service. No gents for room service. Never and never book this hotel. Otherwise you will be cheated No hot water No cleanliness

Sahasra hotel is one of the worst hotels in tirupati. A man or male receptionist at at sahasra hotel behaved very badly with us. No gratitude or humble for customers. Very arrogant behavior. His confidence was that tourists cannot reply back and shall compromise with his bad behavior and walk away silently. This hotel is not fit for any tourists. This male receptionist is local guy and is very arrogant and behaves as if he is the lord of tirupati. The owner should take action immediately or risk of losing customers permanently.

Worst Rooms and worst Maintanance. Owner cum room boy. They are giving used bedsheets. Rooms are in very bad smell.No hot water. Worst lift Maintanance. Never choose this hotel. Our Tirupati tour spoiled with this hotel.

One of the worst experience I ever had. Hotels rooms didn't have any type of ventilation, there is no room for slightest of air to painting Pass through. Also, Staff was very rude. Our bad that we had already booked the room via online via some local agent while booking the other tickets.
