Very nice place to stay in Tirupati. A bit on the inside to find. Has ample place to park vehicle. Rooms are large and cozy. Overall the hotel is really well maintained. The reception gives prompt help in all types of service from taxi booking to room service of beverages. Nearby you have two good food options. Enjoyed my one day stay at this place.

Over all good. The residency is very near to Central Bus stand, we can go there in walkable so can easily reach out to shops,hotels. The room was very good and cleaness and owner of residency is a very kind person, he gave some offer complimentary in check-in check-out and also he accepted to reduce the room rent immediately after my request. Only drawback is the reception supervisor, he didn't respond properly and didn't give respect genuinely and didn't provide water. TV also not working.

It was a nice stay, bathroom was clean. room was neat. Location is prime, bus stand is walkable, railway station is hardly 10min drive. Considering the price it's worth enough.

I worried a bit about staff behaviour after seeing Reviews here, but TBH It was a good Welcome, I called on number given here couple of times, and he redirected me contact another number, and both were very humble. Mostly packed residence all time, so don’t expect guaranteed confirmation on unplanned extension of booking. Room & Bathroom are very neat, Blankets/Tower are not great but ok

Average decent rooms with affordable price , Rooms are neat and nearby to RTC bustand and Opposite to srinivasam complex , Price non negotiable and shower button doesn’t work that is the only negative oreslse everything is good (Hot water facility available with ambient parking space for 2-3 cars)

🏨Nakshatra Residency offers great value for money, especially for pilgrims visiting Tirupati.🤗 The location is convenient, being close to the railway station and easily accessible to the Tirumala Temple.😊 The rooms are clean, comfortable, and come with essential amenities like air conditioning and Wi-Fi.👍 The staff were polite and helpful, and the travel desk was useful in arranging local transportation to Tirumala.😊 The only downside was that the check-in process took a bit longer than expected, but overall, the service was good and you get hot running water 24/7. 😊The free parking facility was a bonus for those traveling by car.🚗 Overall, a comfortable and convenient option for a peaceful stay in Tirupati.
