I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and perfect. The hotel’s location was ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants And for bus Stand. Highly recommend for anyone to visit.

Very very bad and unprofessional behaviour by the hotel owner. We have booked a non AC room through agoda.com at least 4 months before check in date. Then when we reached the hotel at night of check in date, the owner refused to give a room. At around 9pm with my wife we again searched for a room with our luggage for staying at tirupati. This type of harassment occurred with us after confirming booking through agoda. They are fully cheater non cooperative.so be aware for this property before booking

Rooms are very small. For night stay, it's fine. Very close to tirupati bud , There was setup box but it's not working still with internet it was good.

Worst hotel, we went to this hotel for an enquiry, the person in reception feels like he is the lord of tirupati, dont know whether he is a worker or owner but very arrogant and couldn't even respond properly, they dont even talk respectfully, and think if we enquire for a room, we should take the rooms even if it is dirty and coming to rooms, normal rooms with very less cleanliness, and he should change his behaviour or else will face serious consequences in future. And this people come from some place to work here and show their arrogance towards people.

I had opted for a room but they gave me a top room on the terrace it was horrible 😒 not worth the money but staff was at least a bit friendly location is apt and walkable distance to main tirupati bus stand

Good stay at an affordable price, 5-10 min walking distance to from sarva darshnam token distribution hall, 1.1km from govindraj temple and same distance from the tirupati railway station.

Rooms are very narrow and small just 6*8 feet and toilets are also very small you can't even stand properly and take bath. I misguided by wrong images posted on the online travel booking sites and booked the room. Rooms are smelling very bad and lot of cockroaches 🪳 are there. Refer the attached images and videos.
