De Alphabet Tirupati

Me and my friends stayed at De Alphabet during our trip to Tirupati Balaji temple. We were a group of four and booked two rooms. Since we mainly needed a place to sleep after exploring nearby attractions all day, we weren’t expecting much. The hotel is in a good location, which is a big plus. There are plenty of eateries around, and a petrol pump is also nearby, making it convenient for travelers. Just keep in mind, this hotel doesn’t serve food—it’s purely for accommodation. We did face a couple of issues: in one of the rooms, the flush didn’t work, and in the other, water kept dripping from the tap even after shutting it off. Apart from these minor inconveniences, the stay was decent and served our basic needs.

The whole tap in the bathroom just came off from the and the water was on free run!! leading dangers of electrocution and when complained there response was like "Yes the same thing has happened in other rooms kindly co-operate" Like are you serious we are there for Darshanam and to reach the god directly!!! Not recommended at all. + we haven't received any sought of compensation or apology from the hotel + the staff was like it is your mistake!!

Dear Team, We literally had a very unpleasant experience in this hotel and definitely not recommended for a family stay. This hotel acting as a lodge and allowing young couples only in hourly basis. Also, for our stay noting is good in this hotel. Bedsheet and pillow were worst and not washed. Too smelly too Bathrooms are not cleaned properly AC was not working properly Complementary water bottle not provided Soaps and shampoo they have provided was worst and they didn’t provide normal soaps too Complementary breakfast not provided Floors were not clean and too sticky. No proper parking facilities and no security too. Bathroom pipes literally broken Even if we go and ask to the front desk guy who wore specs, took our ID proof and literally tore infront of me and throwing to me by saying go and stay in different hotel. There were so many complaints in this hotel registered in OYO app. But why you guys continuing the contract with them still?? I had a two year old baby with me and because of that only we forced to stay over there. But for a family and women it is definitely not a safe place. I strictly advise OYO to remove this hotel from your listing. I have attached the pics and videos of the hotel during our stay.

we stayed here for 3 days… rooms are small and not well maintained.. there were lot of ants and we had to call front office multiple times to get it cleaned. Staff is polite and eager to help. complimentary breakfast is not tasty and it served on roof top from where you get to see nice view of hills but we can’t stand there for 5 min because of direct sun light and no shields to cover the morning sun.

Rooms are okay. We had to switch the room because of broken TV and the other room had problem with toilet flush, you only get hot water early in the morning afterwards only warm/cold water :( Free breakfast not that great - only Idli + tea with below average taste.

1. Too small a room - We booked a room for 3 people. The "Deluxe Room" Provided to us could barely accomodate the 3rd person. We had no space to move. 2. Very Under Qualified Staff - The staff couldn't reply to any of our queries, couldn't resolve any of our problems. Whatever we asked them for they'd bluntly reply "Talk to Treebo Central management !" No one in the property was acting reasonable. 3. Included Breakfast was of Very Poor Quality. - The breakfast that was included in the booking was of a very poor quality and was served very very late. Again no person on the property was answerable for it. There was no point of providing that included Breakfast since we couldn't use the service at all.

It's terrible experience checking out in anger. I don't know why they are calling it hotel. At the reception one man is busy on phone who asked me to fill the register and gave the key. Like Rambharose lodge. As we went inside room handwash bottle was emptyempty, no towels in the room. I went back to reception and the man said use the bottle of shampoo for handwash. There were spider webs in the room, gyser didn't work at all. Breakfast scheduled at 8 so reception man told me at 7.40 am that it will be available at 8. I went to the restaurant area to enquiry will it be sharp 8 or can be even late. Omg the man at reception Ashish, turned angry at me telling I don't have senses he has already told it will be given at 8 am only. At 7.50 am I had to leave in anger because they couldn't bear my presence 10 mints before the scheduled time for breakfast. Govinda bless you if you chose to stay there. Highly NOT recommended.

Best hotel to stay if you are in tirupati for darshan. Very close to the bus stop and other amenities. View from the top floor is really beautiful. Food is average.. service is also average. Note - they don't have inhouse canteen/restaurant, so they bring the food from outside.
