Sri Lakshmi Srinivasa Residency

Considering what we paid for the room, it was worth the money. This is a budget place very close to entrance and exit of the hill road and hence is ideal for few hours rest and change. A no nonsense place with no extra facilities and strictly caters to pilgrims whose sole purpose is to fresh up and get out of hotel ASAP. The staff was helpful and was very quick in arranging food for us though they blatantly asked for tips when we checked out (even if we stayed for 2 hours!) ||If you want to enjoy hotel rooms, views and services then this is not the place.

Nice hotel very near to the footsteps of Tirumala. The room is very clean and well maintained but the taps and washbasins are not proper in washroom. The bathroom is very small and locks are not present. Fan speed is not linked to regulator rotates in a fixed speed. The hospitality is very bad, the room in the online and the room given are completely different, since its near and lot of people are approach here they don't care about the guests. Will prefer this hotel as a last option in Tirupati.

If you are traveling with your family, never go to this place. The hotel is not clean and Unsafe. Overpriced rooms for what is offered. They don't even provide soaps and towels. When I checked, was told there is no stock. Laughable! We were two families. There was smoke around the floor. Rooms were provided for people to booze and smoke. The staff are least courteous. The security and room service work with the only objective of taking money from the customers. Totally avoidable place

I had been in this hotel last week. the hotel has advance booking feature, where you can book your room well in advance by calling hotel reception and you can pay on arrival.||They book room in the names and place from where we are coming and on the day of arrival they will call us for clarification, i liked this facility. and the staff behavior is also good. they take deposit amount and refund it while departing the room.||the rooms were clean and have good hygiene.||thank you

Worst experience in Tirupati to rent here a room they just want money no service they turned off main electric switch before 3 hr of checkout and didn't get deposit back full

Worst people, horrific experience, I booked my stay here for 2 day's, I checked in around night 9PM, initially they told stay is of 24 hour's after check in, but as I informed them that I will vacate room before 2 PM they forced us to vacate before 1 PM itself, room's are compact not big enough only 1 person can move, they have the generator but as showpiece, when powercut happened they will tell some unacceptable reason and make you to suffer while hot summer, even though there is no powercut they will stop the AC and make you suffer until you fight for it.

This is just average hotel room with separate beds. Bathroom was stinking bad. Wifi and parking are available. Staff are trainees and need to learn a lot about caring guests. Am sure I will never visit this hotel again.

Srinivasa Hotel is a very nice place to be at. People here manager traffic very professionally and are very congenial. One also like the size of the rooms as well as room service. Keeping in line with the tradition at Tirupati hotel rooms are not very expensive at all. I'm sure they will do flourishing business in times to come
