Hotel KSR GRANDS

They offer good rooms in the price range. The room I booked was only having AC and nothing else. Vishnu Nivas is the next door place where you can get special darshan ticket but for that you have to stand in queue from midnight and tickets can be purchased from 2 AM in night. This is the only attraction of this place. Rest all are common. Good Punjabi restaurants are also an addon nearby. This hotel has its own small parking which can accommodate few cars.

Not good.. staff not helpful.. no WiFi . Room is not clean and hygienic . Charged one day extra rent for just checking out 2 hours extra

Worst room service ever received and the room is a total dumpster. Bathroom is very poorly maintained. Not worth the money . Especially very worst room service. No respect for the guest staying in the hotel.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

It’s a fake website. I recently made a booking through online and visited the hotel for accommodation but the booking was not done. The number provided in the website doesn’t belongs to the hotel.. kind request to the pilgrim's not make any kind of payment in advance do visit the hotel and make the payment. Somebody had recreated a fake website to the hotel. Hotel rooms are good and staff are friendly.

I went to tirupathi with family of 5members, staying in krs grands is not at all good. Not even basic facilities are available. While checking in they asked us to pay full amount after receiving that amount they will show their real face. We had a terrible experience for staying in that hotel for one night. We asked for basic facilities like hot water they didn't not provided so while checking in we asked them for hot water they said hot water is available but in the morning there is not hot water ,they are not responding properly and they behaviour was rude and we are helpless. And we vacated immediately without saying anything. In my family there are kids and elders it was very difficult for them to have bath with cold water, I strongly not recommend this hotel. There are many other hotels which are good to stay with family. Also we paid 2500 rupees for one room for 5beds without basic facilities, which is not all in budget Edited: we did not miss behaved, we asked hot water for nearly 3hours the staf is not responding properly and telling you guys are not bathing outside right and telling our owner knows DGP as well. Understood there was a problem for getting hot water but the staf was not responsible and simply telling hot water will come is not correct. Regarding man handling you have equipped with CC camars and check once what happened clearly, your staff member who is elder to us is telling lies. We came with family not single how can he use such kind of words in front of everyone. Regarding payment not remember exactly but we paid more than 2000 rupees.

If there is a negative rating I would have given -10 for this worst hotel. This is a fraud. I have made the payment for 2 rooms in advance. And now they r not picking up the call. Neither are they replying to the messages. I have lost my money that I have paid to this hotel. Please don't fall in their trap

First allotted a room and on that room water not came.. We complain and went out for temple even after our return water not came on any taps.. Then the person allocated an another room and on that room rest room doors are not closed which is really bad.. The carpets are almost wet. TV is there but it will not work after I asked about the TV he stopped power source for that line.. Later I tried to charge the phone and on that socket no power.. After checking with he did something from his reception power source control and told i didn't ON the switch.. Extreme bad thing is no hot water when I ask about that he told it will slowly heat. Actually the time was 9AM if I wait to heat the water I miss my 10AM train. Overall experience is extremely bad. If you want to revenge your friends or family then it's a good choice to recommend this hotel. The name is only Grand and nothing Grand there.
