SRI GOVINDARAJA SWAMY HOTEL

This is very neat to bus stand/railway station. We could not have darshan as it was closed. Opening was at 1.30pm in the afternoon

First of all this review is regarding Sri Govindaraja Swamy Residency (which is a hotel) and not for the Temple. This hotel is horrible. You will get good hotel at this price near Tirupati railway station. Don't go by the pictures posted the the hotel in makemytrip or goibibo. The actual scenario is very poor. 1. The rooms are not clean, looks very shabby and small 2. Black spots in the ceiling 3. No water bottle 4. No towels and toiletries. You have to ask everything 5. Pillows are poor quality 6. Ceiling had a hole. I don't know what was it for 7. No telephone 8. TV is present but will not work 9. Curtains are dirty 10. Paint coming off from wall I have attached the pictures for reference.

If I say staying in sri govindaraja swamy residency is pathetic is understatement...experience was just horrible..v.untidy room.condition.moreover service was v.v.poor...don't go by pocs which they have posted on internet..it's exactly opposite of that..I strongly suggest..not to stay here..

Fraud hotel, 3rd Class🤮🤢🤮 Government Mortuary is far better than this cheap pathetic hotel

Place is neat and clean. Allow people to check in early and the receptionist was so friendly and humble. Room was sanitizated and so neat. Enough place for family to stay. Room had tv, chair and small table. Bin could be replaced. Bathroom was so clean. No WiFi connection was provided. Not sure if it's true since I've seen router is sitting at the top. CCTV surveillance cameras are there. Nearby attractions are at walkable distance. You can reach railways within 2 mins of walk, Tirumala bus stop at 3 mins of walk and lot of hotels, temples and museum is also nearby. Hot water at hotel is available. On request, you'll be getting Blankets and Towels. Definitely would love to visit them again.

Worst experience. Don't go. While booking and Before payment they assured hot water for bathing. But ultimately we were forced to take bath in cold water. Rooms and linen were not clean
