Rooms bedsheets, blankets, pillow covers, towels clean. Room walls need painting. Mini TV working. No OTT on TV No wifi Good AC. Wash basin with cracks, Toilet in narrow space, Toilet seat cover broken. Bathroom door very dirty. Bathroom walls very dirty. Bathroom floor dirty and very slippery. Bathroom water drainage system clogged. Water moving slowly. No restaurant. Bar available. No parking. Good lift. Poor room service Hotel fit for solo people, who like drinking and drinking. Mini fridge not working. Coffee kettle not working.

Located on main road next to Besant road. Rooms are spaciuos and food is also tasty. Only issue is with parking. It gets crowded during late evenings as there is an attached bar.

Excellent service, right from my check in with the operational manager Irfan to help a smooth check in and Nighita on the Front desk to help at every step. Outstanding, really admirable individuals. In the restaurant for breakfast under the able leadership of Babu Rao, F&B head, his team comprising of Gauri, Chaitrali, Mubeena, Meerabai, Surendra, Jeetendra and support staff were absolutely caring, loving and service oriented. Words can't describe their concern for me. Just adorable people. Enjoyed my stay.

Recently stayed in this hotel, it is located in prime locality and is easily accessible.. the complementary bfast provided is also fine and manageable.. This hotel doesn't have a designated car park. So when you come in your own vehicle, the vehicle has to be parked in the Hotel Center Side which is located diagonally opposite to Raj tower. for bfast also you have to go to center side..

Hotel at good location. Rooms very neat and clean. Complementary breakfast was good with good ambience. Price seems to be higher if booked directly at hotel. Near to railway station and bus stand. Only negative is there were lot of mosquitoes.

Just two things passable about this hotel - Room size and location. Rest, everything else is in tatters: - No Louvres on ventilator in bathroom. I had to literally hang the spare towel on it to manage my privacy. - Fungus spots on walls of bathroom. - Room Service staff keeps asking for tips. - Restaurant/Bar has limited options, is overtly dark, unnecessarily cold and exorbitant on cost. Taste too is average. I ordered on Zomato after receiving their poor service. - Housekeeping doesn't operate on practicality. I had asked for iron and I wanted to do it myself. They said that they could supply it but at a certain time only. I complied to their time but instead of sending the iron-box, they sent the housekeeping person who asked for the clothes. Why are you asking for charges when you could just give it for 10 minutes, as agreed by you? - They had to be reminded to send the daily quota of two water bottles per day. Even after reminding, they were checking like misers in their records about what if I had already taken them before. - Last thing, I had forgotten to take the invoice while checking out. They committed to send me the invoice on email. It has been about 6 days since then and I am still waiting for the invoice. The receptionist has been committing for past 4 days and now even the manager hasn't responded yet after asking for "just one hour of time". Overall, not a good experience. And this is a pretty known name in Vijayawada. People have been coming over to this place for more than 15 years and now they are doing this to the customers.

Really good place to stay. But the only negative thing was there were lot of mosquitoes. Everything else is good. The restaurant serves good food and good breakfast with various items. Would love to visit next time
