An excellent vfm stay. Rooms were clean and fresh. Its proximity to both Rly and RTC bus stand is commendable. Also important temples are a few kms away. As it is present in the bazaar area, the street is buzzing with activity from 5am till midnight, but the rooms are pin drop silence. Over all a very comfortable and convenient stay. Receptionists go over and above to assist you in any specific requirements. I requested them to take custody of my bag for safekeeping and they did without a fuss. Overall an excellent stay. Visited Hotel with Family, Location was good - many restaurants near by and other food options were available, hotel is on main road so issues with public transport. Rooms were kind of small for the amount charged, Bedsheets, blankets including the extra bedsheets were torn and bed was in very bad shape that we could feel the springs within. Hot water was not coming even after leaving 2 buckets of water as suggested by manager, the hand wash basin and hand wash both were not working, really felt bad for taking family there as these basic things were expected for such high price paid. attaching photos for reference. Request to improve quality going forward.

It was a decent stay. Hotel Staff are very amicable and attentive. Located very near to attractive places. Booked from treebo app. Decent room for the price paid. Complaint with Ceiling Fan which is running slow and very short Ceiling. Using traditional water heating technic without dedicated geyser to bath room which makes you wait for hot water and waste 2 to 3 buckets of water. Hotel management should look into these drawbacks.

Good for: 1-night stays only If all you are looking for is a night's stay, then this hotel will fit your bill. The rooms are small, there is no restaurant on-site, the electric kettle doesn't work, and hot water in the bathroom comes from that ancient technology where 2 buckets of cold water have to be thrown before you strike heat. However, the staff are friendly and do their best to help you promptly. Though the place is not hard to find, it can confuse you because it's on a small road and there's a fashion store attached to it.

Location in better of crowded market place, so it will be difficult to drive in in day time. Service is ok, no option for food. But you can have it outside, plenty of options available. Rooms are big, clean though fittings are old as the property is quite old.overall ok for business travel.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the market area and is having 4 floors. It also has a bar cum restaurant. The rooms are decent but slightly small in size. It is neat and clean with attached washrooms. The size of the television in the rooms is also very small.The hotel is good for a short stay business stay. Overall the place is decent and can be considered for a short stay.

The stay was good. Got clean room & without mosquitos. Pillow cover still had some stains and on asking to replace, they replaced it with clean one. Restaurant still not operated. Staffs are courteous. Main advantage is with this price range, one ll get covered parking in the basement where in other hotels one ll struggle for parking spot.

Horrible service. Provided us with small amount of breakfast (which was included in our booking) by making excuse that pesticides have been applied in their kitchen. Totally skipped the tea/coffee with asked them to give us. This pest control thing should've been informed on the day of check in but they didn't care to do so. After all of this, their attitude was so bad as if it wasn't their fault. Receptionist doesn't have proper information about their own hotel. We, as a family of 3, were first provided a small room. We had yo get it changed after seeing the room. Only 2 people in the whole hotel to provide room service. No proper management and misguiding customers with bad attitude, this is what defines this hotel.
