Hotel with Hidden Charges!||The hotel itself was good, but they have a habit of charging for everything! They didn’t inform us about the late checkout fees beforehand, and when it came time to check out, they charged a hefty amount for it. When we questioned them, they simply said, "It’s our policy."||Transparency is important, and this lack of upfront communication about extra charges left a bad impression. While the stay was pleasant, these surprise costs make me hesitant to recommend this place to others.

Very nice service and humble stay at this hotel,all the staffs were very much helpful and nicely behaved, food was good and especially liked the hospitable attitude of receptionist Dhanalakshmi madam... Nice ambience and setup. Neat clean rooms.

Good hotel with good ambience and helpful staff. Mrs Dhanalakshmi garu at reception attended well and arranged wht all I asked them on ph conversations required for wheelchair friendly atmosphere. RESTAURANT staff Bhavani also very good at receiving the hotel guests with beautiful smile bold enough to attend all the guests with humble behavior including other staff too. On the other hand One thing which bothered me is there was no soap holder and I have seen 4 5 cockroaches in room which bothered me. Overall good hotel near to city.

Nice location. Breakfast is ok. They served idli, live dosa, poori, upma, bread, eggs and juice in the complimentary breakfast. The room is spacious. Had a small problem with the shower and the staff upgraded the room immediately from standard room to deluxe room. Breakfast needs to be improved. Felt poori should have been better. Oil is high in food. The chicken mughalai biryani is bland. Food needs a major overhaul. Chutney needs to be improved. The hotel has car parking, banquet hall and restaurant. It is in the heart of city with local markets at a walk away.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Signature Hotels - Royal Benza in Vijayawada, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, the food outstanding, and the room spotless and comfortable. Special thanks to Dhan Lakshmi for her humble and positive attitude, making my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, high-quality food, pristine rooms, and wonderful staff.

1. The rooms and restaurant maintain high hygiene standards. 2. The staff are courteous and helpful. 3. Despite good service, the check-in wait time exceeded an hour in my case.

OK hotel - stay away from this place if you are looking for star facilities firstly the location is tricky the rooms are mediocre or of low quality- some stagnant smell Poor quality reception staff - need communication skills training I booked for 2 days and vacated after 2 minutes THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THEY REFENDED THE AMOUNT
