Hotel Menaka

Worst stay ever. Very dirty. Room not even cleaned. No towels, bedsheets, not even basic amenities in bathroom. Smells bad. I travelled all the way down from Los Angles for 30hrs of travel could not sleep even 2hr. Do not trust fake photos on web.

Good hotel for stay. A bit of overpriced for the rooms, but the staffs are courteous and well behaved

It's located in the Besant Road where we can't travel by bike in the evenings fire to crowd. And no separate geyser for individual rooms. No good hot water.

Worst stay with no basic facilities they said they will provide hot water in 5 mins after 12hours also they didn’t provide ac not working but they will charge for it if we call to them no proper response .we didn’t get normal water also for almost 6 hours which is minimum amenity and if we ask they will be rude at customers .the guy who does afternoon shift in the reception has no common sense and he don’t know how to talk to customers and yells bad words which is not at all acceptable .

They have worst management. They didn't sent food order. They are so irresponsible. They didn't respond when I have called them.After taking they didn't take time give order .

Very clean, hygienic and beautiful hotel. Lift service and 24/7 hot running water available. Spacious well ventilated rooms and quick room service. Veg & Non Veg Restaurant in the same hotel. Food is average good. Non AC double bed room for 1300/-. AC double bed room for 1800/-. This review is done on February 2024.

I am giving 4 star because of the parking. It has very tight parking. Rooms are good but bathroom is average. Service is good. Late night dinner also available.
