Townhouse 1158 BEACH GREEN HOUSE

We have a Horrible experience with this hotel , we are 8 members and booked 3 rooms on 7-jan-2023, the booking were done 2 weeks back on OYO, we reached the hotel jan 7 evening 4pm, we talk to receptionist about our booking and he was sleeping at the time we say, and we said that about our booking and he asked where you booked , we said oyo and he said that your booking was not showing, talk to customer care and he went to sleep again, we spoke to OYO customer care about the issue and customer care person says that your booking was confirmed and customer care person wants to speak to the man in receptionist , but he was refused to talk, After the 2 hrs of discussion , the customer care person told me that your booking was cancelled by the Hotel owner by 2 reasons that were are 8 members for 3 rooms but at the time of booking that shows max 3 for room and second reason was we booked at low price, for this 2 reasons the hotel owner was cancelled the booking. we booked 2 weeks before at that time why they accept at low price and simply cancelled at the time we show up at hotel , how fair it is, if OYO have low prices then why the hotel owner listed his property on OYO, They wasted our time, the man in the hotel knows everything and plays games with us speak very negligence, He don't know how to speak to customer. After travel so long were very tried, having a terrible experience with this hotel, i don't forget this incident when i visit vizag, Worst Hotel, i'm writing this review to helps who wants to book this hotel.

We booked through OYO and also We are very suffered while reaching room they were suddenly cancelled my room and by contacting OYO customer care they saying the manager is not accepting booking ID..

Worst experience, we booked on OYO , at the time we checking the hotel they demand extra money, only they allow if you pay extra money, they cheated us, The receptionist speak very rudely, Don't stay here

Terrible.I booked and paid full amount inline for one delux room for 4 days from Goibibo site and when I reached there the male receptionist told me that I would not provide me room until I had to pay more 3000 rupess.I was shocked and requested but he was so rude that he forced me to pay in his personal account.Dont go there ,they are just fraud.
