OYO 24581 Aditya's Hotel Bikram

Good Environment, Rooms are modern and well decorated with all new amenities, bathrooms are very clean and staff is very good, you have a nice parking space in the hotel, but can accommodate only 3 cars. So if you are driving, u need to first check with the hotel for parking availability. Food is good, but bit over priced.

Doesn't deserve even one star! They take bookings on MMT and when we reached hotel we were declined check in saying the booking hasn't come through and there are no rooms available. We had to waste almost an hour on this, and finally book another hotel on our own. Later we got a call from them asking if we want to check in to their another hotel which is completely different name and location. Strongly suggest to avoid booking room in this hotel unless you want to ruin your vacation/stay and time.

Reasonable price, hygienic bathrooms, Clean beds, AC available, good customer service, elevator facility and there's a nice cafe by name 'Little plate' in the hotel itself. Most importantly there's a garage which can accommodate only two or three vehicles. Better contact the hotel beforehand regarding the availability of the parking space if you're a traveller.

We had booked room through MMT but hotel has denied the check in and giving various tantrums like they didn't receive booking confirmation from MMT and they don't have rooms available. Looks like a fraud hotel and the receptionist was initially polite but later he too was not ready to talk to MMT on call to sort out the cancellation or refund. Please stay away from this hotel and book in Bhowmick Bunglow instead (nice homestay near tezpur park other good eateries)

The location is great and is easily accessible to the bus station, which is hardly 800mts. It is just opposite to the main police station so it is a great landmark and safety is no issue. The staff is professional and the service is awesome. Food is average. Great value for money. Highly recommended. There is a theatre nearby. There is an eatery nearby called Annapurna. They serve traditional Assamese food at a very reasonable price.

Well furnished clean rooms and very helpful staff. Restaurant is excellet. Room service can be improved a bit. Breakfast provided is satisfactory. Overall well maintaned hotel at decent pricing.

Located at a very good location main area of the town called Hatipilkhana, Kacharigaon. Went to Tezpur on 25th October 2019 after so many many years and reached there tat 11.00 PM and honestly surprised to see to find such a beautiful hotel in Tezpur town and I liked most the reception of the staff when I reached. All staffs are very co-operative and well mannered. I also liked the room facilities which are comparable to any big hotel of other big cities. Restaurant and its food quality also very good. Reception and Llounge area perhaps can be improved.

We had booked this hotel through oyo on 6th june. We were coming from tawang after 12 hr journey we reachd hotel at 11.50pm. I was with my 3year old kid. I showd him oyo confirmation and also online payment which was done to oyo. But manager refused to get us inside as he said we were no more associated with oyo. I showed him confirmation and also requested him to atleast let me enter the hotle as it was raining heavily and i was with my wife and kid. Managed rudely said me to make paymets in cash or else find another hotel. I requested him again that i have made payments online to oyo. He was not listing to me and i even called mr dheeraj who was looking towards oyo tezpur. He also requested him to let customers checkin as he they have made payments to oyo. But he even denied him. Was feelin completely unsafe n helpless there.
