OYO 28814 Royal Regency

Totally worst Service i have ever seen, No water facility for drinking & for bath, Not cleaned Toilet area, No Maintenance in Telephone service, Hospitality of the Hotel is Totally Minus. I Camed hotel at 5Am and tell them we vacate room at 12pm they cost of price 3k, but the 3k is not worth for this hotel, For Drinking water we want to pay again and get 500ml of bottle. Totally waste of Money

If I could have given rating in minus that would have been better.. Such a worst hotel I have ever seen.. Rooms are worst and their service is below standard.. They don't clean rooms after last customer left.Left over foods also was in room making foul smell.We reached at 11.30 AM till 3 pm we were waiting outside and they said were cleaning rooms but they didn't even clean. They didn't changed bedsheets,blankets and towels after last customer left and offered us to use that. Room prices are high.. Food is taste less..Such a worst condition.. Don't book rooms here. Thry harassed us too much..

Rooms are okay, Geaser not working, no sopas in bathroom, breakfast area was empty, no one was there. Complimentary breakfast we only got served with omlette and tea....

Good hotel. Fair service. Good location. Need some improvement in service. Staff is good. Behaviour is nice. Food also very good. Please come to this hotel

Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Rooms have a bit of old finish to them which is a turn off for me but overall experience was pleasant. If you stay here do not order food from their restaurant, wont meet your expectations.

I dont know anout the air conditioned rooms but the delux rooms were terrible. Some windows were without latches, mosquitoes menace, TV doest work (I complained many times but management took no action). Food in the restaurant below was quite costly but not up to the mark. There was no lights for toilet. The tariff starts from ₹900 if am not mistaken.....from outside the building looks decent but its difderent inside so l, decide for yourself. As for me, I will not be staying here again.

Hotel is beautifully located with a view of the valley of Shimla. Mr. Mahiner the manager of the hotel was very supportive and was with us from the time checked by giving us helpful advice and support. Rooms are clean and tidy and well maintained. food served is fresh, warm taste very good All the staff over here are very supportive. we had an excellent stay here
