Amenities in the rooms were not that great. The AC was't working, the bedsheets were not washed and had stains. The bathroom'r lock wasn't working. Towels looked like they have never been cleaned and had stains all over.

One of the most delicious eating places in whole of Tezpur. It sometimes takes a little time to get the food but trust it is worth the wait. Have eaten here multiple times. Palak paneer, chicken butter masala highly recommended. Great food KK..keep it up.

One of the dirtiest, unhygienic and worst place I have ever stayed that too with my family. Bed sheets and blankets were smelling, 🪳, bedbug roaming around, Ac doesn’t work, Tv doesn’t work, no intercom, filled with mosquitoes, dirtiest washrooms. Room service is also very poor don’t know how MMT and OYo listed this property. 3.5 rating is a online sham! I won’t recommend anyone to stay there , it’s just waste of money .

The ambience is good, presentation is also fair, but the price-to-quantity ratio is not very preferable for students who generally survive on pocket money. Prices could go down a bit because there are places that provide the same things, or even better, at lower prices.

Worst oyo hotel I have ever booked. It's not even worth that one star. First of all once you book this hotel you will start getting fake calls who will tell you your booking id and ask you to make payment. So there is someone either in oyo or the hotel who is leaking this information outside. Secondly if you complain this to oyo or hotel, they will not take any responsibility. Third the manager is very rude and has no basic etiquettes. They also don't allow you to check in at night. They will say they will refund you but you know better what to expect. Don't book this hotel. Worst experience ever.

Had a very unpleasant experience on the way to Tawang in this place. * First things first- It looks like a shady dormitory from outside, on 1st Jun'19 there was no mention of OYO anywhere and we were told it's recently been undertaken by OYO and is under maintenance. * Parking- there is no dedicated parking you have to park in front of house of other people where there is some space available, god forbid if some miscreant scratches your vehicle be ready to pay the penalty. * Electricity - There was no power in our 2nd room as generator connection was not working ( We checked in around @8 PM) and was not resolved although we checked in about 8 hrs late. Still thankfully got resolved in 2 hrs. But then came the nightmare as the owner was reluctant on not turning on generator when there was no power later on. They has their whole Dining restaurant cooled for ppl but later on could not turn on generator for the room's AC to work. We had an argument about that in the wee hours when we could not cope up with the heat as even Fan was not working. We were told that we should not expect AC rooms after paying penny amount through offers (OYO please pay heed to this).

Water quality is hard, needs to be improved. Packaged drinking water is available all around the premises. Location is best.

Poor service .. food is waste.. staff are also rude Named only oyo. Third grade hotel. Manager named Vinod is a Scammer. *AC not Working *Tv not Working *wifi not Working *Menu items are always not available *Beds Are dirty *Washroom are Without hot water facility. They also charge me Extra for booking online.
