Review of Hotel Sheetal International - Room 209 - Date 20 Sep 2024 I recently stayed at Hotel Sheetal International during a business trip, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Here are some key points from my stay in Room 209: Room Condition: The linens had a strange odor, which made the room feel unclean. The bathroom door was jammed and difficult to use, adding to the discomfort. The water hose in the bathroom constantly leaked, wasting a significant amount of water. Both AC and TV remotes barely worked. Service: The room service was very slow. It took about an hour for even the simplest food orders to be delivered. The staff seemed indifferent to addressing our concerns, making the experience even more frustrating. Noise Level: If you're staying over the weekend, be prepared for extremely loud music from the hotel's club, which causes the entire room to vibrate. Despite lodging complaints, the management didn’t seem bothered, likely due to the club's higher revenue. The music continues until the club closes at 12 AM, making it impossible to sleep or even rest in the afternoon due to the noise. Location: The only saving grace was the hotel's proximity to the Ram Mandir. My mother and I found some peace visiting the temple, which offered a brief respite from the otherwise stressful stay.

First of all the music is extremely loud and you can’t sleep before 12 because of the vibration, no matter on which floor you are. Room number 209 had toilets seat broken, washroom door getting stuck again and again and it had cockroaches as well. The water is expensive and oh my god this hotel has no control over thr guests like they can kkeep there room opened and be loud drink and not being decent still nobody will question them. Although hotel being in nice location I saw so many couples in which the girl was wearing scarf and hiding identity. Please avoid if you are travelling with your family as it is becoming shady.

I am writing my overall experience with hotel sheetal international. 1. Room service is not on time 2. Don't take complimentary breakfast as they take an hour to prepare with adding refusing to make the items. 3. Don't stay with your family as the private party can be booked anytime during day so entire rooms of the hotel vibrate , just imagine the nightmare here 4. The only good point is we were informed about pub party till 12 am 5. House keeping also takes long time to give service. 6. Most rooms have bad smell and alcoholic smell. 7. Bathroom fitting also were loose, after requesting frequently it was fixed. 8. Overall it was bad experience with hotel sheetal international where nothing is international. You are paying money and asking them to disturb you.

|||Hotel sheetal international is a fantastic hotel! The rooms are spacious and spotless, with comfortable beds ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The food is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location is also perfect, close to many local attractions. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Raipur!!
