Serenova - Dia Hotels

It's simply a very good property. The big rooms make your stay more comfortable if you are travelling with kids. As they get lot of space to roam around. Plus the rooms have a kitchenette which was a big relief as I wanted to prepare meals for my 1 year old son. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it.

The property is very good...and the room sizes and aesthetics are very nice. 10/10 recommended for a stay. Cleanliness is also good with a good swimming pool. The Hotel Management needs to coordinate well with the people... regarding breakfast and other services they offer. The employees are a little casual and laid back.. Should follow basic rules to inform customers before ordering Breakfast for them. The owner should be available at Hotel to understand the difficulties of the people. As we had issues with breakfast ordering without our permission so had to eat cold breakfast. The people at the hotel don't take complete responsibility at times..should act more responsible towards the customers. So for that 2/10.

No 1 fraud... i am a travel agency. i booked rooms for my customer in serenova after seeing photos online. paid advance for the same. but they gave some other hotel in different location without any prior intimation which was very worst and pathetic condition. no lock or fan in room. They will not support late night check. so dont believe them. management will switch off the phone after 11pm. very money minded person. because of them we could not face the customer. we paid full amount for 3 days stay. but immediately checked out next day itself. Also they collected extra amount for breakfast for 3 days. but their staff was very rude will serving breakfast and food also very pathetic. so think twice before booking this group of hotel. We faced lot of trouble from from this management. but only shared few things. be careful guys........

Rooms were good but there is nothing like a hotel, it's just an apartment for the duration. They just give basic things as toiletries. No regular room cleaning, no drinking water bottles daily. Kitchen section is just shown without any cutlery so of no use. No refill of basic milk n coffee poches. I brought it so I could cook basic things but since there was no cutlery. No internet for me for 2 complete days. And location is also little far from city. I regretted this booking.

• Lacked basic amenities, including no telephone to contact reception. • Only provided two 500ml water bottles per day, insufficient for two people. • Microwave available but no utensils; chimney present but no stove. • Pillows and towels were dirty. • Spacious room but empty, lacking a sofa and proper table. • Odd placement of the TV unit made it uncomfortable to watch. • No in-house restaurant. • Feels more like a studio apartment without proper facilities. • Should at least provide a washing machine if it’s meant to be a studio setup.
