Hotel Pajaros Blu

I had a terrible experience at this property. The rooms are not worth the price, and the booking process is highly unreliable. They use third-party agents who disappear once the booking is made. We had booked three Presidential Suites (the largest category) through agents named Neha and Simran (possibly fake names), but at the last moment, we were informed that the rooms were unavailable. Instead, they offered us Junior Suites at a higher price. We then booked three family rooms, but again, they gave us rooms on different floors. Two of the rooms were on the second floor, but the property does not even have a lift, making it extremely inconvenient. Due to all these hassles, one of our families decided to cancel the booking and requested a refund. The booking agent initially assured us that she would discuss it with the property manager and process the refund. However, from the next day onwards, she completely stopped answering our calls. The photos displayed on online portals are heavily edited and misleading—the actual rooms look nothing like what is shown. Moreover, the property is primarily occupied by bachelors, making it unsuitable for families. I would not recommend staying here.

This is a great place to stay. The price was very good. The rooms are spacious and have AC and ventilator. The bed was comfortable. The staff was great. There is a pool but we did not go in. It is 7 minutes from various restaurants and 15 minutes from the beach. One drawback is that there is no bar or restaurant at the hotel.

Neat and clean rooms with good staff and excellent stay for family. If lift option is provided it will be awesome experience. Food options with North Indian varieties by Mabel-e-Punjabi is awesome and rates are reasonable, try to add South Indian varieties. Altogether perfect stay for family.

Don’t ever go with photos of the hotel. 1. Parking is outside the hotel in a different place and if you are using rent a car it’s a not good option. 2. Hotel does not have lift and it’s only stairs to reach your room. 3. Pool water is not clean and not maintained. 4. Room service is good but AC gets off frequently and fan regulators don’t work. 5. Not a worth hotel for 2750 per night.

I have stayed at the hotel on 25th of May and the staff were so helpful m confused with the name Ankit the manager I guess and a staff Jamal or someone were at their best. They have provided us the best service we ever received the room was so amazing clean and hygiene they made the stay so comfortable and luxurious by upgrading the room free of charge it was a suprise. The hotel staff and their service are a suprise as i and my family were tired after a train journey from Hyderabad the first thing that we needed was to check in to a hotel and the pajaros were the only best hotel to be booked and I so happy that I suggest my family and friends to book their stay in future. I would love to stay again when I visit Goa

The hotel has no lift inspite of having rooms in second floor. There is no in-house restaurant, no independent parking lot. The hotel deserves not more than a THREE Star rating. The room was comfortable and inviting but there was nothing Presidential in it. The very name is misleading. Overall a decent stay !!

Wonderful place to stay with family. Had a-lot of fun over there and their staff is very kind and helpful. Overall my stay is very peaceful and will visit again
