My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was modern, cozy, and very clean. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and high-quality toiletries. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The hotel’s amenities, including the fitness center and pool, were top-notch. The location was also perfect, with easy access to shops and local attractions. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area

I stayed at Shalom Indus Residence this week and had a really pleasant experience. The property is clean and well-maintained, with a peaceful vibe. The staff was friendly nice and very helpful, and the location is great just a short distance from Candolim Beach. Perfect spot for a relaxing Goa getaway my go to spot for Goa next time.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible..Monika and Other managers front desk guys were worst and indifferent...and also staff so arrougant and he never give the respect to guest...i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality...A103 Room Sliding window dose not locked then second there is no available hot water in bathroom, third he provided only chicken in non vegetarian every day... I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

Very bad service, toilet lock is not working, tv not able to switch on.Solar water heater only available so only light hot water is possible, kettle and water heater coil is not sufficient for all rooms, room is not very clean, breakfast should be improved. Tea/ coffee is too bad; room service is not proper ; staff should be improved in handling customers. It is completing different from the shown picture in the Google. Swimming pool is not good. No other help ( regarding trip)can be expected from the people working here.

Its a. Fantastic hotel for couple and family. Food is good , staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious with a balcony. Pool is good and clean. Overall ... A wonderful experience 💓

Hotel was not a standard hotel..home for couple of stray dogs...room was neat...wash room had shower but overflowing...TV provided did not have any channel as payment due...I should say buffet breakfast was pathetic... Location was quiet OK. Room service was again pathetic. Room boys were giving instructions rather helping us. I should say in future, if anybody ask for a decent hotel at GOA. I am not going to recommend. In one word...Horrible and pathetic....Finally we had experience of staying in Lodge.

A must recommended place in Goa, best in service, awesome in food. They specially made jain food for us, cook made food on our request and delicious food. Nice property with clean pool and night DJ.

It was great experience wid shalom. Must try place. All ppl like staff n reception everyone were so good n polite. Happy to stay here. Enjoyed our vacation..
