Radisson Hotel Goa Candolim

Pros: The hotel's proximity to Candolim Beach and the local market area is a major highlight. The hotel's staff for being exceptionally helpful, polite, and attentive. Clean rooms and well-maintained pool area with especially the breakfast spread, with some finding the food prices surprisingly reasonable. Cons: Rooms to be modernized as per the current situation. Pools are closed by 7 pm which can be extended to 10 pm.

Radisson Candolim is 4 Star that gives you 5 Star service and 6 Star breakfast buffet experience. The reception is professional courteous and accommodating, I was welcomed by Charan and Aaron who made me feel more than welcome,helped me out with the bookings. I guess they have great chef as the breakfast buffet on both days was exceptionally good, every item served inspite of the variety was tasty. Moreover bakery items were super fresh, authentic and delectable something I sorely missed in other Radisson or any other 4 or 5 star hotels. Had great experience throughout, had issues with the AC that was promptly fixed, every request was entertained. I am impressed. 4 Star for the Rooms, cause after having had stayed at the Radisson Blu, even the classiest and spacious rooms feel mediocre, lol. And appreciate the chocolates and fruits offered as welcome treat and the good night ones. Nice. The best part is right outside the hotel there is cab stand and you get bikes on rent. Which was very convenient. The beach is nearby, but I used the bike to explore the place. The next day booked the cab from the same point, great guys friendly and reasonable.

The rooms are spacious and clean no doubt in that. But it’s not worth the price. There is no kids play area in this hotel. Other than swimming pool and a small indoor play area there is nothing much here to explore and spend your day. Breakfast is good though. The check in time is 3pm and they don’t allow early check in . And they call you several times a day before your checkout and they make sure you checkout by 11am. So it’s only 20 hours per day while other hotels allow you to check-in by 12pm . So it’s not that recommended .

Disrespected, Disappointed & Left with Poha – Not the Radisson Experience I Expected This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We were told by Radisson staff that breakfast is served till 11 AM. Based on that, we walked in around 10:37 AM—still within the window we were assured of. What happened next was beyond humiliating: the staff started clearing the buffet right in front of us, removing dishes as we tried to pick our plates. No warning. No courtesy. Not even the decency to let us scoop a single item before they stripped the counters clean. We were left standing with empty plates, offered nothing but leftover poha and a few pieces of fruit—not even an apology, let alone a gesture to make up for it. No effort was made to help, no concern shown for guests who were just 7 minutes late based on THEIR timing. This isn’t how a premium hotel treats its guests. Hospitality is about care, not clockwork cruelty. If you value respect and basic courtesy, look elsewhere. This Radisson didn’t deliver service—it delivered disappointment.

We had been for breakfast. The hosts were super polite and guided us to the restaurant and made us feel comfortable. Though we did not stay at Radisson they ensured we were provided with what we asked for. The food was ok. It can be made better. They had good choice but the seating of the buffet is a little unorganised. Probably coz the main restaurant was under renovation. Thank you all for the wonderful treatment and offering us what we needed.

The property is located very conveniently. The staff have excellent customer satisfaction skills and go out and c their way to make situations right. I had an ac issue but first thing in the morning they made sure to get another room prepared and available. I would recommend this property for anyone who wants to have relaxed destress holiday. Point to note the staff are very attentive and will go out of their way to make your stay a good one.

Stayed here recently (March 2025) Loved my stay - wish I could have stayed longer. ======================================= - Excellent breakfast spread - attentive and polite staff in breakfast area. - Room was perfect - good size, clean and again - very attentive & polite staff - Pool - did not use it - but looked good. Great location - 5-7 minute walk to beach. Staff was Excellent - right from check-in onwards, everyone I interacted with were A+ If we end up again in Goa - I would choose to stay here. Minor Issue : Had difficulty with channels on TV. Could not get IPL - English commentary. IPL - Hindi was available, though, Not a dealbreaker, but something to improve

We had a awesome stay at Radisson Goa Candolim. From the time we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and extended grand welcome. The resort is beautiful, aesthetic and well located near the beach and local market place. A special thanks to Varun tara for looking after us from booking till departure. His dedication and commitment to guest satisfaction is remarkable. They really pamper you at the resort with delicious dishes and great service. Must visit place if you’re looking for memorable stay and wish to visit again in near future.
