Hotel Vilena

With a rating of 4.4 I was expecting great rooms while booking. However after check-in the rooms seemed to be not cleaned. The rooms are damo probably due to rains. There was some dirt and hairs on the bed. The bathroom too was not cleaned as it had opened shampoo packet in the drain. Also the fridge broke down and the water was in the room. The only upside to this hotel is its location, as it is a 2 minutes walk to Mapusa bus stand.
