Fab hotel is such a scam. They don't have proper hotel management at all. The images put in google and other and actual images of the hotel could be checked to understand this. We had booked for 2 days for my parents and the moment we stepped into the hotel we realized that this place looks very different from the online images. We immediately called FAB to cancel reservation for one day so that we can find another hotel and FAB took whole 5 days to just respond back so service and solving a customer issue FAB is pathetic and I personally feel they don't do proper check of the properties before onboarding. They never got back in time and also denied us refund for 1 day even though we raised the quality issue the moment we checked in. This to note - Avoid FAB kind of Hotels as they lack professionalism - If customer finds an issue it would take multiple attempts to reach their call center - The support executive are just dummies without any empowerment The hotel had very poor breakfast option even though it was part of the package and only 2 people were managing entire operation. Good points - The location is good very near to Dona Paula sun set point - There are plenty of eateries on the main road which is hardly 100 meters walk from the hotel Negatives - Not well managed - Food was below average - No additional services available

Do not book your stay here. No room service, not even tea. I booked a luxury room for 7000 per night. There is a small "tub" that they call "pool". There was no water in the washroom and so they asked me to use the washroom of another room in another floor. The TV was not functioning. The rooms were very dirty, the bedsheet and towels were stained, dirty and smelly. Almost all the switch boards were broken. The reception area was dirty beyond I can explain. The owner of the building was sitting near the reception, drunk and talking to everyone in that state. The guy at the reception accidentally told me that he had to run away from Samastipur (Bihar) and stay in Goa. Very likely, he has committed some kind of crime due to which he had to escape. Mr. Vaibhav Aggarwal (the CEO)- I sent him messages to explain the situation but he never responded. The agent through whom I booked the room (Mr. Shyam Kumar) was very unhelpful and rude. The only reason I had to spend two nights there was because they did not allow me to cancel the booking and also because I was with my children and felt scared to confront them as I was tourist in the city(Goa).

This review is from my Father who is not very active on social media, "I've had the worst experience staying at this hotel. My booking was from 4th November 2024 to 7th November. I checked in on the 4th after landing in Goa and stayed in the room for the day. Ordered food from their in-house restaurant which resulted in a half burnt and half raw naan, pathetic tasting mushroom & paneer sabzi, only passable eatable was the green salad. Bill receipt for said disgusting food was not provided by the hotel, it was a handwritten 'parchi' probably to cheat out the govt. of GST & other taxes. The television services were discontinued past 11:30pm which were first refused to be reinstated by the reception by saying the TATASKY bill was not paid by the hotel. The services were suddenly reinstated for my room at 11:40pm after a spirited call they received from Makemytrip on my behalf. No INTERCOM/TELEPHONE in the room, NO KETTLE in the room and the abbhorent attitude of the staff. Which led me to checking out the next day, forfieting the rest of the booking amount for the next 2 days. Extremely dissappointing experience at this hotel, had to spicifically leave this review since the owner of this hotel was unavailable to both me and the MMT people for resolution."

Pathetic hotel. Rejected my booking on arrival saying it’s sold out. No help from the person sitting at the reception. Fraudsters. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. It’s pathetic. Never trust it

The room is located at a really nice location however the hotel reception and rooms are very dirty. There were stains on the bed and the towels were wet after being used earlier. The swimming pool is not for common usage and it costs extra. Very misleading and very unhygienic!

First time getting very bad experience in this fab hotel stay. No proper service, rooms are not clean, tea, coffee accomodation not available in room, toilet not clean and tissue paper not available, no room service in three days stay. I suggest never book room in this hotel.

1- room was dirty, no toilet rolls, floors and reception area is dirty 2- they had mentioned there is a swimming pool but on arrival they mentioned there is a room with a pool and we would have to pay an extra 6k 3- it is a tank with water and not a swimming pool 4- wifi does not work
