Dia Hotels

This place is run by a bunch of thugs , I had a confirmed booking for their indo portugese villa in assagaon.via agoda.. for the long weekend around 15th August 2023. This booking was also confirmed post calling the dia hotels booking manager & reconfirmed via email on agoda.. jus 2 week prior to the travel date they cancelled the booking on pretext of maintainance which is a complete lie as one of their representative Mr Mark when we connected with him on phone says since this is a long weekend they will not operate at Agoda price & asked us to cancell as they will not honour this booking. My request & suggestion to all ppl looking at this property for their stay in GOA.. PL AVOID AS they are completely unreliable. they have caused huge discomfort to me by cancelling at the last min. & they can & will do it again as soon as they get some one to pay more for the booked dates.. Pl AVOID ALL DIA HOTELS for a trouble free goa trip. Reg, Nitin
