The worst experience in my life, the image in the address is 10 years old and when you visit this place you will find the property is not maintained since 10 year and you landed in the rotten room, all bedsheet, curtains,pillo were smelling very bad, the room was already occupied by cockroaches.

Rooms in very bad condition with poor bedsheets, towels and paint peeling from the walls. No service at all so to speak of. Unlikely that this place will continue to remain in the near future so avoid booking there.

This was by far the most disappointing stay I've ever experienced. The room was infested with cockroaches, insects, and who knows what else. The walls were damp and smelled of mold. The bed was crawling with bugs. The service was atrocious, and the lobby was littered with moldy mattresses, pillows, and garbage.

This property in the prime location but when it comes to service and cleaning worst. I was not able to stay for even couple of hours due to odor smell. I have checked out within the 5 hours of stay. Water was stopped in the night Not recommend not even for bachelor's.

Before time we check out the hotel we are alone in the hotel nobody stay before it"s very very bad and disappointed hotel we feel negative vibe in hotel.

" They are Scammers" don't book this hotel ever. 1. They will take money and would not return ... I filled the tank , i returned the key before checkout , they said the petrol tank was not properly closed . Hence , they will take the advance ₹1000 for petrol. 2. Rude behaviour 3. Lift not working 4. Room aesthetics are not well maintained. 5.Not even providing water. It is also known as " immaculate inn"... Don't fall for the lucrative price offers.

First of all it’s NOT fabexpress, it’s “OYO” flagship paradise inn. 😖 Only good point is location because of Fontainhas street starts there. Rooms were “pathetic”, bed-sheet was not clean-it has many dirty spots, walls were so badly tanned, toilet similar to public one, electrical switches were damaged (dangerous if you have kids with you), not all electrical things are working. VERY POORLY maintained property you will ever see 😣😣 Also they don’t provide toiletries & towels. Boy charged us extra for luggage carrying in-out. In few words, “property was not less than any haunted house, very difficult to stay for 1 night” We literally checked out in 2 hours 😣
