Vivanta Goa, Miramar

The Hotel is Home away from Home. We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel located near Miramar Circle and is located in upscale locality. From the time of arrival, we were warmly greeted by the valet staff. At the reception, we were welcomed by the team with smile and our room was upgraded complementary. We were allocated sea view room and views from the room is mesmerising. I would like to mention that we were travelling with our 20 months old child. We were worried about his food the moment we left our home. However, the hotel staff didn’t let us remember our home. He was taken care of in a wonderful way. Special dishes were curated according to his needs and he was welcomed with soft toys. Everytime we went to the restaurant, staff there was very supportive for our child. I would like to thank Sh. Puneet Badola, Sh. Anuruddha, Sh. Lawan Lama, Sh. Lohit, Sh. Uday and Ms. Muskan for taking very good care of us. We will surely visit again. Brand Value is something to be mentioned. As it is Taj Brand, Breakfast spread was very good. There were good number of options for dinner.

We visited Goa from Canada and stayed at Vivanta. Our experience was one of the most beautiful ones, where we received customer service par excellence - right from security folks receiving us at the door, to the reception leads, and the restaurant managers looking after every single ask. |While all who catered to us were exceptional, I must name certain individuals who truly made the difference to our stay, with a warm, caring attitude.|Thank you Cynthia and Janak (front desk), Uday and Bliss (Restaurant). Hello,|We had an awesome stay at your property. Staff were very cooperative and courteous. Food was delicious and service was great. Chefs were excellent and kind to make few choiceful specialities too. Mr Udaysah, Chef Danesh,Chef Kishore, Chef Panet, Anand Verma,Soham Tiwari, Rajat Gawas, Lawan Lama, Nagraj, Lohit and the rest of the team. Thankyou to all for making our stay a memorable one. Would love to surely visit soon with family. Also Mr Raj at the gym is a very good trainer and helpful gentleman. He showed us good exercises and warm ups to continue as a routine. We stayed in this hotel for four nights. We were two couples and booked two rooms with balcony. The front desk office staff was very friendly and cooperative.At the time of check in,They were kind enough to show us available rooms on different floors to choose from. Location of Hotel is very good ,close to the Miramar Beach and, Panjim Hotel staff in the restaurant was extremely efficient and friendly, especially Restaurant managers, Uday Sah, and Lavan Lama looked after us personally. Restaurant staff members Soham,Suraj and Lohet served very politely and promptly. All the dishes served in breakfast, buffet and dinner buffet were very delicious, and there was good variety of dishes in every meal, thanks to chefs Puneet and Anand and , Danish, and their team. I highly recommend stay in this nice Hotel with family for your holiday.

We had an amazing stay at Vivanta Goa, Miramar! Everything—from check-in to check-out—was perfect. Huge thanks to Mr. Mohammad Salman for managing everything so smoothly, and to Fleur and Maithili for a warm welcome. The personalized room décor and cake were such thoughtful touches! Janak made check-out effortless, while Lawan, Uday, and Chef Puneet at Mynt made every meal delightful. Anand and Aakash from housekeeping and valet were wonderful too. Truly a memorable experience! 🌟

The service throughout our stay was outstanding — every request was attended to promptly and with genuine care. 🤝 The staff deserves special appreciation for their professionalism and politeness. They consistently went above and beyond, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of, which made us feel truly valued as guests. ❤️ The food was another highlight — delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. 🍽️ Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal offered a delightful mix of taste and presentation. The dining experience alone is enough reason to return! Our first stay in Goa was made seamless and memorable by the entire team at Vivanta. From a seamless pickup and drop to the Airport arranged by Ms.Fleur to a seamless checkin experience arranged by the front desk and the security team we were made to feel very much at ease from inception. The hotel is at walking distance from Miramar beach and relatively removed from the hustle and bustle of the city though enjoying excellent connectivity across. We appreciate the initiative by front desk team to upgrade our rooms so as to be on the same floor. The customisation of the F&B section to suit our child's needs is worth mentioning. We appreciate Mr. Uday and all his other colleagues (we can't remember all the names now - apologies) for going the extra mile to make our breakfast and dinner worthwhile. The in-house cabs and the drivers arranged by Ms. Fleur made our visits to various locations possible and hence the trip full of memorable experiences. We appreciate Ms. Dipti for her welcoming smile, Ms. Maithili for her sincerity in accurate billing , the entire house keeping team (was travelling so know no one's name) for ensuring rooms were spick and span. There are many whose names have not been taken but whose efforts made our stay extremely satisfying. In all we strongly recommend others to try out. This was our 2nd stay at a Vivanta hotel and we admire and appreciate how they implement their warm hospitality.

I recently stayed at Vivanta Miramar, Goa for 3 days, and overall my experience was mixed. ✅ What Was Excellent • Hospitality: The staff were genuinely warm, cooperative, and extremely helpful. • Service Quality: Whether it was the reception, restaurant, housekeeping, or even the drivers, every single person was polite and professional. • Overall Behaviour: Their attitude and service mindset were truly 5-star. I genuinely appreciate the entire team for this. ❌ Where It Fell Short Despite the amazing staff, the hotel itself is highly overpriced for what it offers. • I paid around ₹25000 per night, and honestly, it didn’t feel like a 5-star experience. • No room view at all. Just trees and small jungle-type area in front. Couldn’t see the beach. • Miramar Beach is not attached to the property — you need to cross the road to reach it. • Swimming pool on the 7th floor was very small, not what you expect from a luxury hotel. • Breakfast spread was basic, nowhere close to a typical 5-star breakfast variety or quality. • Overall ambience and facilities felt more like a 3-star hotel rather than a luxury stay. 💬 My Verdict The people working there are amazing, but the pricing is absolutely not justified. For ₹25000 per night, I expect excellent ambience, view, facilities, and food — which were missing here. I have stayed at better hotels in Goa for one-fourth the price. Even my stay at one hotel will not name it , a few years ago had 1/3 this price : • Better view • Better value • Better overall experience 🎯 Suggestion Vivanta Miramar really needs to reconsider and reduce their pricing, because the current rates don’t match the experience provided.
