OYO 8758 Hotel Swagatam

Although the price is reasonable and location is excellent - we had a very poor experience overall. Upon check-in, card was not accepted so I had to pay the full amount upfront in cash. The room was OK, but no covers on the pillows and sheets were not clean. Towels also had stains on them. Main problem was the bathroom was full of ants. When we complained about this, the staff said they would clean it up, but after we returned, nothing had been done. Plus our room had been unlocked and door left open so any other guest could have taken our things and walked out. The room also wasn't cleaned so had to make do with a dirty room and insect filled bathroom for 2 days. We were very glad to leave this hotel!

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my lifetime, let's start with the check-in process, I booked this place via Oyo app and the pictures provided there are i believe are of some different property, when I asked about this with the manager on reception he said these images were taken on when this was built. Whatever I don't care about images, so I got this room number 106 which is in extreme corner of the alley in the dark, now as soon as entered this room first of all I am not provided with the keys of the room, first appearance of the room was like oh my god am I shooting for any haunted movie or what, wall paint is coming out and dark shades are there alot, there are alot of cobwebs like everywhere on the walls. Curtain I think is never washed since it's placed, bed sheets are differently coloured, no pillow covers, whatever wooden is there is completely dead. Washroom is again one pathetic part of this hotel, a lot of tobacco masala puke on basin and WC, tap is leaking, bucket and mug is again dirtiest ever seen, too many spiders so I am not going much in there. I did not even got TV in my room but as per OYO it was part of amenities, nevermind guys just don't ever book this place and I request OYO to be keeping there standards high to be in market else you might have to close off your hotel industry business. Just in case if I am found dead in this place so please inform cops that this place is horrible and good for horror movie shooting, the only one good part is the A/C which is working completely fine and for that I am giving 1 star to this property...just hope that I stay alive till the time I checkout on 22nd April 2022. Or else see you guys in hell...

The rooms were not cleaned on arrival. We had to wait outside while the boy cleaned after we asked him to. We booked for ac room but the ac was not cooling at all. Sheets also weren't clean. The water from the pipe was smelling like something died inside, although that might not be the hotel's fault. The only positive point was the location.

-Very incompetent staff, -No workers the owner himself keeps running here and there for doing the housekeeping. -No housekeeping provided for the entire stay duration. -Checked me out early even without confirming the duration of stay . -No hospitality. -Very inconvenient hotel, substandard rooms and washrooms. Poorest service I ever witnessed. -Have to literally go behind the people, like toddlers, to get them doing things.

Let me start by saying the room was the worst I have ever lived in. The chair was broken, table had stains and burns on it, TV cables were ripped out and the stand it was on was partially broken. When I asked for a soap and towel, was handed a used soap bar with someone's hair stuck on it. It was really unhygienic.

They don't even deserve a rating of 1. Rude staff, you have to call them 1000 times just to solve any matter. Highly non recommend. They will take the booking on behalf of oyo and once the payment is done, they will reject the checkin saying they are not associated with oyo. Don't step in the hotel.

Only for cheap rate. Rooms were not cleaned, bed, bedsheets, pillow cover were dirty, bathroom was horrible. I had to made them clean after checking in. If you need it for few hours, its ok, don't try for longer stay. Only good thing is its location.

I dont understand what OYO thinks while providing a Hotel. This is just a complete floor of the building taken by some people and given as Hotel. I dont understand it this is the concept of HOTEL. The room was stinky, stairs were dirty mostly PAN Spit by people, washroom was not cleaned. Very strange
