Hotel Golden Plaza

Only good thing I can say is about location and availability of parking. Had to follow up for over an hour to get hot water in the morning. The bathroom is very small, the accessories are not well maintained. The room is decent, but nothing more to write about.. Overall disappointing experience

Terrible experience! The bed was like sleeping on rocks, the bathroom resembled a crime scene, and don't even get me started on the noise. Washroom is not clean.no toilet paper, no handwash, No slippers very bad experience.do not try.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 days early this year. Although the location and ambience of entry is good the rooms are very small and worst bathrooms I have come across. I also mentioned at service desk that the pictures on Goggle did not reflect what I had seen. The answer was Goggle has displayed incorrect information. I asked for our two rooms to be upgraded but I was told they did not have any rooms in this category left. Eventually after lot of pestering we got upgraded but the price charged for upgrade was more than what was being advertised online. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ratings in negative. Have lots of things to write down but the major one and main. Never keep this hotel in your option. Yes if you are typical oyo player thn you won’t mind staying here. Worst rooms. Worst bathrooms. Unhygienic badly maintained. Bed sheets and pillow cover smell in all rooms. I have changed 5 rooms in 2 days with hopes of not this but other room will be proper but all I got was no comfort. Please choose your hotel wisely. Never trust their google pics all are fake and with full of wrong information.

Its a budget hotel at that particular area. location is good close to river front,metro, bus stop. In house restaurant taste is also good and also provide us service at late night. Receptionist and room service boy are also cooperative. Only cons is room size,washroom is bit small and leakage from taps, flush.

Stay with family for 1 day. Hotel was located in the main city and all tourist places are nearby. Rooms were little bit small.But other facilities provided here are okay. Parking Facility is available.Has lot of veg and non veg option in this hotel.Breakfast was included in the stay. Price was Reasonable.Recommended for family and friends

Stayed in the hotel on 25th Feb, 4-6 March 2023 on a group tour. The rooms we stayed (410 &308) were very small, electic plug points were not working properly, taps were leaky, kamods in toilets were not very clean. inspite of repeated requests nothing was repaired.For every thing told, they had a counter argument. The lift is very small. Totally we felt that they were doing charity by giving us rooms. Overall not a satisfying stay.

Stayed with family for a couple of days recently. Found the hotel a good one. Riverfront and Atal Bridge are just few mins walk from the hotel. Restaurant food was also quite good. They shifted us to a larger room for my family of 4. Room Service could have been slightly better, hence keeping a star with me.
