APRICOT HOTEL

The actual rooms and location is pretty convenient with some great hotels nearby however the service leaves a lot to be desired. No bathroom mat, no hair dryer, dirty towels, etc. The manager is unprofessional and not accommodating to any requests at all. Not befitting of such a good property. After going through the reviews, I see that others have faced the same issue. I wonder how good they could potentially be if the service was upto the level of infrastructure.

Amazing...best vegetarian food is available here. They served food hot and fresh. The taste is amazing. Here you will get a variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy your meal here. In Apricot Hotel Best rooms, food and service available here. Do stay here and enjoy your journey without any worries.

It was a very pathetic service experience. The reception desk executive rejected the honour commitment which was mentioned during online booking. They were not entering booking from offline mode by offering more than double the price compared to online booking. The rooms were clean but not smelling good. The restaurant food was not tasty at all and it was recommended to visit outside restaurants even restaurant staff were offering to order from Zomato. Service experience was very bad, No greetings were even rejected to serve welcome drinks which were mentioned in the booking ticket. Never recommend anyone to visit here.

Had a wonderful stay, could have been better if the mattress was of better quality. Couldn't sleep throughout the night, the spring of the mattress was very uncomfortable. The breakfast spread was quite good.
