OYO Premium 037 Thaltej SG Highway

Stayed there 3 nights for a business trip, client booked it in. Checked in late and found service lagging on all fronts. TV remote was nowhere, towel in bath room not the best, smells. The water is hard in the bathroom, need one whole soap for a bath, the fittings are word out and cry for maintenance. The bed was soft though, and the thankfully the sheets and working table good. ||The magnetic swipe did not work even ONCE on all the days, I had to go down to reception EVERY time to get the master key and open it, was a big pain. There's maintenance going on in 1st floor, so avoid it.||The approach to the hotel, the road is all dug up and slushy. The neighborhood is quiet, not much road noise, its located close to SG Road. No connects to public transport of any kind, not even autos. ||Breakfast was adequate with good quantity and quality. The staff need lots of training and grooming for sure.

Staying at a local dharmshala would have been a better choice. It has the worst hygiene ever. Rude staff and the reception feels like a shady place with some boys always hanging around there. They don't have enough key cards for rooms as well. Linens are not clean as well and towels are torn😡😡

Clean spacious Rooms. Nice location and friendly staff. Food is good but hardly any variety. We had no option than to take same soup every night. Same is the condition with breakfast. Hardly any choice. ||Internet is another problem and needs improvement

Never never never come in this one. The shower in the bathroom was not working, room service was not able to resolve it, the room size is decent but ambience is bad and bathroom is bad. The cold water was not available is wash Basin. The breakfast is very very limited and taste is horrible. The lift was not working. ||Will never come at this one again. Bad Bad bad.....

Stayed with family...had booked 2 rooms which were decent. overall good value for money if you are staying for 1 night. the package rate with breakfast was expensive though so booked the rooms without bf package.

Very poor property dirty rooms bad service expensive food and pethatic quality . Staff is not cooperative at all. So many time call reception for water but not get it at time of check in half empty water bottle was placed in roon.for 2 adults and 2 kids hotel provide one glass and one towel.

I will never come back to this hotel. Services extremely bad, room conditional very bad (very old), staff services... omg... the worst i been too so far. I can not go into details else i need a few pages to mention how bad this hotel to me.

I booked this place given to understand that this is a new property of GINGER hotel whom I have been patronising for the last few years as a good hotel chain||I booked this hotel over phone and they did not have a proper signage so had to waste almost 45 minutes locating the property the earlier name of this hotel was white leaf ||Any way when I reached there the person manning the front desk was kinda lost he asked me to pay almost 30% more than what was told to me at the time of booking ||When I protested every thing fell in place|They confirmed that closed parking is available but no you have to park your car outside the hotel premise ||The restaurant is in a bad bad shape with overpriced food and small servings the worst part is the cutlery seems not washed for ages I had point it out to the management with photos ||The breakfast sucks||The rooms are good but the entire furniture is worn out and old including the fittings in the bathrooms |||Overall a bad experience for me hope they improve |Not recommended
