OYO Flagship Hotel Palak Palace

Horrible rooms. Very rude and unpleasant management. Though the app shows ac rooms with complementary breakfast, there's no ac in any of the rooms. The pictures in the app don't match with the actual rooms at all. When asked about breakfast, they today refused to provide bf saying there is no restaurant attached. As soon as we checked in and saw the rooms, we cancelled the booking. Washrooms are equally horrible with no cleaning or proper commode. Lodges are way better than this

Staff is not good I have my booking 19/04/2022 and breakfast including was in the same, I refused breakfast also I will not get breakfast, I have checked out in the morning itself is very wasteful hotel

Worst room ever. Oyo company has done fraud with us and also booking.com rooms are too dirty n suffocation n smell was there dnt go there

Wrost rooms ever... With no toilet seat on commode No ventilation Don't stay even for free... Rooms don't match with Pictures upload on OYO's website
