HOTEL PRAGATI THE GRAND

Was travelling for work to Ahmedabad and someone suggested me this hotel. What I realised that these people are only after money and staff does not care about anything else. Since my wife was travelling and not wearing a mangalsutra the attendant at the reception was looking at us very weirdly and spoke to us very rudely... The rooms had very bad bedsheets and pillow covers with stains (will attach pictures if possible). Even after complaining the service did not improve, bedsheet was not changed nor the pillow covers. They don't even change or provide extra shower gel in your extended stay for 2-3 days (soo much money they can save, right!?!). The morning breakfast is equally bad as compared to the tariff paid here. Only Fateh singh who was from jaipur knew ways of handling and maintain cordial conversations with guests. After all he seems the only one to be uneducated but the most profund understanding on customer service and maybe the staff needs to learn from him soon!

Attended the wedding at Ahmedabad for my brothers marriage. The staff and the hotel executives are very cooperative specially Mr. Mahendra Singh Rathour, Mr. Jitendra, Mr. Gaurav, Mr. Sandeep and Mr. Mukesh. Me and my family enjoyed stay and hospitality.

Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Staff* I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Pragati the grand from 20/09/24 to 23/2024. While the hotel's location and amenities were satisfactory, the behavior of the staff was completely unacceptable. Actually my stay was bit longer but due to there behaviour I checkout the room and shifted to another hotel Reception desk staff don't know how to talk to customers They think they are don of Ahmedabad and they used to abuse customers , on small think that say checkout the room so customers are shoes for them.They think they are the owner or that hotel According to their words They have lot of there own rules And all this decided by there management but I don't think management could do this. So if any one want to stay there better to take a book of rules fist A lot of hotels near by with good price and good service So I prefer that don't stay here if your relative or some one hospitalized in zydus hospital because they will create a lot of issues. I had a lot of issues and I become tired with in my stay ........

My family stayed for 10 days in this hotel, all reception staff are very nice and familiar, The policies of the hotel is also provide good safely stay in the rooms. ❣️❣️❣️❣️ Rooms are very clean and we didn't get any problem related to hygiene. ❣️❣️❣️ All staff was very polite Mr.vishal Mr.mahendra Mr.jitendra Mr gajraj They all are very nice ❣️❣️❣️❣️ Soo i prefer if any family is planning for ahemdabad trip soo always your first priority should be hotel pragati the grand.....❣️❣️❣️❣️ One of the best family hotels at ahemdabad❣️❣️❣️

After my bad experience with another hotel, this hotel rooms seems to be best. I stayed there on a weekend. Since it was raining I had to stay in the room till third day morning Room was clean. Breathing was easy. Restaurant food was ok except second day dinner. No Salt and very oily. Since I didn't want to waste the food by returning, I asked them to add salt and recook. But the quality was gone. Otherwise the food was Ok.

I was stay in this hotel last 3 year but all time is all good neet and clean Font office staff is very coprative & helpful food is always velue for money & testy Room & cleaning was very good i saggest this hotel for famliy and corporate guest

🤬The hotel reception staff is very very non cooperative and the hard spoken hotel is service industry we stay here due to just near Zydus hospital. Poor front desk staff behavior often involves unfriendliness, long wait times, and a lack of knowledge. Recommend that staff receive customer service training.

Very good hotel stay with food quality. But need some improvements in food services staff for well knowledge of food preparation and also the food making or contact with chef for describing of food prepared by them.
