Ginger hotels is a brand name that is synonymous to impecable hospitality and 100% guest satisfaction. ||The staff here knows exactly well how to interact with customers and do needful.||The Chefs are knowledgeable of every ingredient used and this brand uses only top quality .||I am v particular about diet and have healthy food, F&B Mr Vishnu, Sujata and |Chef lalbabu ensured that my food is prepared as requested . ||V nice young staff with smiling faces serving customers is what makes our day out of home and youll did it perfectly well.||You'll guys are doing a great job.||Reception / Front office is very corteous and amiable.||You'll guys are just amazing !

The room are okay, I got into deluxe duo room which is of decent size. The bathroom is quite small. The room service is good and the staff is very helpful. The morning breakfast has good varieties from English to local. Sujata being very kind and hospitable being the hotel staff.

I went there to see the rooms for my booking and I just asked front office staff to use common washroom in hotel they said they don't have common washroom in hotel and said we don't allow to use washroom for outside guest and the front desk staff behaviour is vary rudly and also they didn't give any attention to guest and they were busy on thier work.|Really it was a very bad experience in Ginger hotel. The front desk staff was totally unprofessional about behaviour was very badly, they don't have any kind of hospitality.

It's not met as per expectations I had paid handsome amount but it's not met as per tata group. |Every time asking for hospitality. dinner not like 3 star hotel. Don't spend money in this hotel. Very Bad experience. Don't book dinner with room.

Morning breakfast: It was a delicious spread with variety and good taste. The staffs were really keen on serving you and very cooperative while providing breakfast. Chef: Alam & deep & Babu, captain: Mr Satyandra and Anjali, Sujata, Shivam were very polite and were there to assist us all the time, esp Satya was very focused on getting things right for us. Thank you for your service and making our breakfast perfect.

Nice hotel for stay me and my boss stay last 2 day before good feel. front office staff special lady staff in afternoon shift forget their name very nice of polite behaviour. Also service staff is nice spacial Vishnu good hospitality.
