Hotel Skylawn

3rd class service and I made payment to them through online UPI mode which was successfull from my end. Transaction was also showing it in their POS machine but they asked me to pay second time in cash else they were not allowing me to check out from the hotel. I had to pay another 1000 as i had to catch the train. I have not recieived the refund even after 2 yrs now

This is one of the best hotel in surat near railway station and centre of city. The hotel I stayed in was truly a delight! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed with the friendly staff, cleanliness and overall atmosphere. I liked the manners of the receptionist. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially comfortable and I got a good night's rest. Overall, my experience at the hotel was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. And the Architecture is so good.

Very well situated exactly opposite station. Rooms are ok. Service is good. Very affordable. Good stay for singles for a short stay.

Bad bad bad experience, people here are rude and not attentive, it was my birthday and one of my friend (girl)had come to my room and in 5 min the manager started ringing bell saying that a girl cannot enter, it was told in morning itself, but we weren’t doing any wrong thing it was just a birthday celebration and I literally felt that I had gone to boys hostel and the dean coming and scolding. These people should learn how to respect their customers and understand the situation and then react…. And talking about the room I was staying; the room was small having two beds and early morning the traffic noise starts which is the most irritating 😠 part, I was annoyed by the traffic rush and noises and couldn’t sleep, people visit for some rest and then leaves for their work at-least they should get a proper sleep after travelling, which I did not get, attaching one video of morning and video of night, the noise is annoying, they shouldn’t have given this room if they knew about all the drawbacks. Not at all good, hate the service and the rude behaviour of the manager….

Place and ambience was okay but few rooms have small bathroom, hotel prices are negotiable and the staff at the reception helps you with that and other necessities. Room servicing was there on dial too. This place is just in front of railway station, that's the plus point as we could catch our train in time thanks to that! 😂
