This restaurant exceeded all my expectations! The food was nothing short of spectacular, with a perfect balance of flavors and fresh ingredients. Every bite was a treat. The ambiance was also wonderful—calm, elegant, and beautifully designed to make you feel at ease. The lighting and music created a warm, inviting atmosphere that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. To top it off, the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. I can't wait to come back and savor another meal here!

Hotel De glance is absolute and very nice hotel to stay . It is near railway station hardly 3 to 4 mins by walk. Very Authentic. Staff support is also very good. They had given me room before my check in time. If I visit again Surat I will definitely stay at Hotel De Glance. Reception is very supportive and helpful. Over all is very good and appreciative Highly recommended

I wanted to take a moment to thank Samira,the receptionist at De Glance Hotel,for going above and beyond to help me surprise my husband.Although my husband was the one staying at the hotel, Samira was incredibly kind and helpful in arranging a beautiful bouquet of flowers to be delivered to his room. Her attention to detail and willingness to make the surprise perfect really made the experience unforgettable. It’s not often you come across such exceptional customer service, and I truly appreciate her thoughtful efforts. Thanks a lot Samira

Really pretty place to stay in. Pleasant and comfortable. I am not sure if this is always the case. Anyway you are entitled for two bottles of water per day. And they will give you your two bottles everyday even if the ones already there are un opened.

Have many problems with the room, stayed in 109 which had a smell of cigarettes that wouldn't go away even after turning AC on. The toilet would keep flushing non-stop. The room had water leaking from the walls and the floor got super humid. I wasn't facing these problems from my stay before this one. The restaurant keep failing orders each time...

We were returning from a pilgrimage when we decided to stopover at Surat. I must begin by being honest of how skeptical we were when we saw a round bed. But let me assure you, looks can be truly deceptive. The hotel actually has very strict rules and policies, and the staff work extremely hard to maintain the hotel. The rooms arent spacious but they are very very well designed and comfortable. We took 2 Posh rooms and were extremely satisfied with the comfort the rooms offered after a tiring journey. The buffet breakfast has very simple veg and non-veg options. Not elaborate but it doesnt disappoint either. The food overall was clean, well made and delicious. Special mention to the staff that works so diligently, are warm welcoming and extremely helpful; Sameera, Zuber, Akhtar and Sanjay went out of their way and redefined hospitality for us. Strongly recommend everyone esp people travelling with family to book their stay here. You will be very grateful.
