Hotel Nice

It was a hot day and they turn off the ac at 8am. After which the room became too hot and it was unable to manage. So I asked the Room staff switch on the Ac but even after multiple times asking he didn't switch it on (No Value of the Customer once the amount is paid) Rude Inhouse staffs. i Even told them that amount ready to pay 100₹ just for 1-2 hours of AC Still it was not done. Ridiculous Management (Ac timings should be 10pm to 10am first of all) Feels like some Dharamshala where customer needs to beg for a small service

Booked two rooms for 2000rs for 7 people, was an okayish experience. The men's room had broken A/C and it was a hot day so we had to go out. Bit cramped for the price we paid. Wouldn't go there again for the same price. Men's dormitory looked good tho.

This Review is about dormitory, its super clean, good looking comfortable wifi is fast, tv is also there, ac is good and its in front of surat railway station the cost of the day is affordable.

As the name says, it's NICE .The rates are affordable and service is also good. Main thing it's located near railway station, bus stop and hotels, so it's easy to travel, eat and stay.

Had a worst experience of hotel They send carpenters when I was relaxing in my room This is how they give service to their customers And even blanket what was there in my room was stinking It's just my suggestion, never visit this hotel And even the toilet seat was broken Hygiene conditions was worse than any hotel
