Hotel Orange International

I recently stayed at the Orange International in Surat for a business trip and had a pleasant experience. The early check-in was a convenient touch, and the room with a dinner and breakfast plan offered good value. Both the dinner and breakfast were served à la carte and featured high-quality food. The housekeeping service was efficient and friendly. While the room could have been slightly more spacious and benefited from a window with natural light, the overall comfort and amenities were satisfactory. The toiletries provided were plentiful and of good quality. Overall, I would recommend the Orange International for its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and quality dining options.

The room smelled terrible when we walked in to it like it hasn’t been opened and cleaned in a year. Very bad stale air smell that immediately triggered headache and eye irritation. We asked for another room and were given also but it was also smelly after checking couple of rooms we settled for one least smelly. We kept the window open for quite some time to get fresh air and ventilate the room. Only on next day we felt a bit better. Room size was good and looked ok. Toilet was clean. Staff was ok and helpful to extent they tried whatever they could to help. The breakfast was good and food overall was fine. The location is good from the perspective that its in proximity of most of the textile markets in the vicinity and also the Surat railway station located just on opposite aide of street at a short walk away. But overall the area is very congested, crowded and unclean. Would recommend only for solo travellers may be on quick business trip and most going to move around nearby textile markets. Else best to find other options if you have work on other side of the city. Also they must fix the bad smell problem in rooms it’s a definite downer.

This is my go to hotel when visiting Surat India. As always my stay at the hotel was exceptional! The service was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive they always go above and beyond to ensure every need is met promptly and with a smile nothing is too much. Always a truely a memorable experience, thanks to the outstanding hospitality by all the staff. Highly recommend!

Clean rooms. expensive, but good food. Inclusive breakfast was good except for the Udid wada(it tasted as though they had mixed the idly batter into the wada batter).
