Hotel Sheetal Plaza

Very nice hotel, good location next to railway station I have stayed for a week. All the staff are very polite and cooperative. Food is also good. Not all rooms, but my room was a bit smaller and has a humming sound of nearby looms. Rest all are good.

Happily checked in Front desk is handled by a polite person.. Got a boy named Krishna who is very eager to serve us.. Location score is less as the reception is in 2nd floor and lift operates only to 2nd floor. Hotel located very near to railway station. Room is of good size, nice stay, no bad smell, cleaned and maintained well.. packed drinking water and normal water is provided on the table, I felt 100 % 3 star at best rate

They don't allow the guest to use lift from 2nd floor reception to 3rd floor rooms or 4th Floor for breakfast. Also they don't give you the stay letter essentially required for obtaining permit licence for buying liquor. Strictly they give only 1 litre water bottle to drink and if you want extra then you need to buy it. There is no gesture for new customers also very bad hospitality. Worst hotel I've ever stayed. Will never recommend to anyone. EL Magnifico is any time the Best Hotel at this price. I don't know how did Make my Trip labelled them MMT Value stay and I'm surprised on how come they've got 4.0 very good ratings from 253 people. Guys pls avoid this hotel. It's not at all worth spending more than 500 per night. Even food quality and taste was ok ok. Pls excuse me and apologizes for my truth feedback based on my bitter experience staying at this hotel. I thought its a 3 star hotel as mentioned in MMT but its worth just 1 star.

Cooperative & friendly staff, good service, good rooms, best location. The only concern is hotel corridor noise is audible in rooms.

The hotel is bang opposite Surat rlwy stn. Although the entry to the hotel is not that good but once inside I'll give 5 stars for service, cleanliness and staff behaviour. The best part is all the lights in the lobby are sensor based so you tend to conserve energy n power. Rooms are quite spacious. We were 6 pax and booked a couple of days in advance, hence got 2 rooms comprising 3beds. Very neat and clean. Had called the reception for booking and was received by Mr Zaid Patel who was more than courteous to accept the bookings. We were given a complimentary breakfast too. Tea, coffee, south indian, punjabi, toast butter, fruits, and the list goes on. Overall no negative remarks. Best place to stay.

Located exactly opp railway station, Good connectivity to the local markets This hotel seems very small from exterior facade, but is quite big when explore after entering. They have personal lift for their hotel They have valet parking facilities which is very prompt and punctual The manager, and staff are very polite and cooperative, they make personalised adjustments, best is they give 24 hr checkout, They have lot of options in rooms, The rooms are very well maintained, with decent interior, Wah rooms are clean n hygienic, Ac are functioning well , they can serve food from outside also, Prices are very reasonable compared to other hotels in same area
