The Altruist Business Stays (DLF Phase 3)

I stayed for around 15 days and it was good, The staff is nice and polite especially Mr. Abdul at reception. Housekeeping is done as per your convenience, rooms are neat, breakfast is ok but infrastructure needs a bit of development because one side wall of my room was made of ply board and I heard some noises at night. Overall a good stay.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city center.

It's connected with heavy traffic congestion roads, especially during peak hours. The ambiance is very quiet and calm. Staffs are polite. Recommended for business stays and short trips. Advisable to book transport in well advance in this location. Buffet variety breakfast is served every day.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the Dronacharya metro station. Enjoyed the stay.Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. The Altrusit Business Hotel has good staff and reception, and 24/7 emergency medical and doctor consultancy is available. Medicines can be arranged within 15 minutes, providing good care for every person. The food is also very nice, featuring both South Indian and North Indian cuisine. The reception staff, Sakshi and Vishant, are excellent, and the manager, Abdul, is a very good person.

I stayed at the place for 2 weeks, I will try to cover the essential parameters for you to decide if this hotel is worth it. Location: It is at a good place, with utility things at walking distance from the stay. Food: Could be better Service: Extremely bad experience, the staff is extremely unaware of how to deal with the customers. There is a serious need of training for these people at the reception to treat guest with a basic respect. If you order something as basic as water it takes couple of hours to come to your room. This can be primarily because there was a seemingly new person who was handling the stay during the evening time, which was surprising as they left him unsupervised Rooms: rooms are good, all basic facilities are present. Overall, if you are here for a short stay and just need to sleep at night with majority of day outside for work, fun, etc. You can consider this. For longer stay, you can search for better options

Stay and services are good. Staffs are helpful and polite. You will really have a best stay experience and food is also the best one. Family stay and environment you will experience are really excellent. Sight seeing are like local market and near to metro station for connectivity.
