FabHotel Tipssy Inn 020

I arrived at a little before 2am as my flight arrived in New Delhi late at night. Extremely tired, jet lagged and carrying my heavy luggage I arrive at the gate only to be greeted by a worker shouting "HOTEL FULL!". I tell him I have a reservation and showed him the booking number but he just keeps shouting "HOTEL FULL! HOTEL FULL!" The phone number doesn't actually connect with a person but a computer which leads to nowhere. Contacted my reservation website which contacted the boss who said I did have a reservation. Tried explaining this to the worker but I just get a "HOTEL FULL!" Realize this hotel worker doesn't speak English. The very polite taxi driver I had then talked to the worker and he told me that the hotel believed I wasn't coming so they decided to give my room to someone else. DO NOT COME HERE! I had to bite the bullet and book a nice hotel for a couple hundred dollars due to their incompetency.

Overall very nice experience. Pros: Staff Behaviour is good, Foods are nice, Location is good, Rooms are also clean and nice. Cons: Some areas need attention like , didn't get any towel or Shampoo in the toilet. No intercom facility though they pick up everytime when you call from mobile. Water closet was having leakage of water.

Room was clean & spaces Staff was very helpful. breakfast was tasty.over all excellent experience with tipsyy inn.

Rooms are good size. They can work on Better cleaning and pest control.

It was very bad experience I was at airport and i was calling at reception to ask the location But no one was attending the call And even when I went there They were sending me to there another hotel and at another hotel he was sending me again to same hotel Then they finally given me room But in morning in the washroom water was not coming The guy at reception he was helpful Who was working in night shift He given two bucket of water in morning But overall this experience was bad I suggest everyone to not go through make my trip

As per location it js good but the rooms hygiene water supply electricity was pathethic room service & food was also not worth of price would not recommend

Didn't had a great experience..we were misguided regarding the check-in timings and had to pay extra though we had booked 2 days prior and had re confirmed multiple times regarding the check-in timings.
