Location is convenient. We had a nice stay at the hotel. The rooms are well kept. The staff is responsive. The food is well made. Overall a very nice stay of the hotel.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location and gives you a very comfortable stay. The staff is very helpful and professional. The rooms are clean and the food is good. No problems faced during my stay of 15 days.

The rooms are good, but the service and response time for any requests are very poor. I was changed to 3 different rooms late night since AC was not working and they stopped responding despite informing that AC was not working in the last room as well. Had to checkout the next day. I have still not received the invoice after 2 weeks of check out and had to sit at their reception during office hours for more than 2 hours for the same. Tariff at hotel is higher than the online tariff, so recommended to book online on case of any extensions. Edit: The room changes mentioned above were in a different hotel to which i was shifted by the manager due to unavailability of rooms when I tried to extend the same. But after initial response, the manager did not pick my call despite repeated calls. Finally received the invoice after waiting at the reception.

This was an amazing stay, super spacious neat rooms. It was worth the money. Manager Mr. Menon was really nice and polite. We had checked in late and due to an emergency we had to check out a bit late too, he was very accommodating and caring. 100% would recommend if you want a super neat, friendly and safe place to stay.

The property is in a calm environment of a happening place in gurgaon. This is a small property but there warm welcome will remind you to book aging in future. In-house food quality is good. All basic amenities are present and staffs are helpful in nature....especially the property owner - who himself many times monitor / ensures his guest pleasant stays. I had a early morning checkout and the made sure to arrange some packed breakfast on request. Will visit again.

Very polite team, quick service. I must mention the French like window of the room with an extension outside that made me feel fresh and had a good green view. Better than a few boutique hotels in Delhi. Very economical too. Thanks La residence!
