Hotel Leaf 9

I had a terrible experience at Leaf9 Hotel. The receptionist was extremely arrogant and dismissive, making the check-in process unnecessarily stressful. To make matters worse, the linens in the room were filthy and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. This level of neglect is unacceptable for any hotel. I will not be staying here again and cannot recommend it to anyone. Do not go by Google ratings.

Worst experience ever, firstly even after informing on time they forgot to keep the room when I reached the property. Then they gave me a room which was really very small. The owner asked sorry for that and I thought might be a mistake and thought of giving them a chance. This time again at last moment they gave me a call to move to another property as it was late night I have to move. Again they provided a room which was not acceptable at all and staff was too loud shouting even at 1 am. Again in Morning 4 am the light went away and no one cared at all. Even after paying for the breakfast included option, the new property doesn't have that option set up yet. It was just the worst experience and Iwouldnt recommend it at all.The staff is not responsible at all and just too rude.

Worst experience ever. Please dont select this hotel if you want basic amenities. As a female solo traveler this is not recommend as well.

I stay at this place regularly (once a week ), the reason I choose this place is mentioned as follows:- 1. The place is very neat and clean. 2. This place is located very near to Cyber city, infact I can say it is in the heart of Gurgaon. 3. The place is cheap and the surrounding are very peaceful. 4. The property is cheap for stay. 5. Mineral water + breakfast are served as complimentary. 6. the staff is cooperative and ready to serve you round the clock. 7. toilets are neat and clean.

Update on 28/08/2024 I have been a regular customer of thr property from last 2 months, So I usually book by call. From last 3 weeks, person on the phone says that room will be arranged and upon visiting they say that property is full and will try to shift me to their other property which is like 20-30min away. You have to bear the transportation cost of same. When you visit that property guys at check in complain about getting visitors from other property and have internal arguments and only provide the room post that argument. I would recommend this property only if you have a prior booking else please do not book as they cannot uphold their commitment which is the essence of any business. No matter how much property is good, if staff cannot honor their word, business will never thrive.

Worst expirerence ever, we mulitply asked for towels and even water but they did not even provide water. The towels and bedsheets are so dusty and old. There is no intercom in the room, no wifi, no range on mobile phones. Food delivery in rooms is also denied.
