The Bristol Hotel, Gurgaon 5 Star Deluxe Hotel

Enjoyed my 3 days of stay here. Had a great feeling of hospitality from the entire staff. All the way from Mr Ari Sudan at the entrance to Miss (forgot her name) at the restaurant. Even the breakfast spread was quite decent and people very eager to help.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my visit in November 2024, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The ambience of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, which made it a perfect place to unwind after long days of work. One of the major highlights of my stay was the quality of food — it was absolutely fabulous, with a great variety and taste that exceeded expectations. I would especially like to appreciate the warm and courteous behavior of the entire management and staff. They were not only professional but also genuinely helpful throughout my stay. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Ms. Anju Singh, whose prompt support and kind assistance truly made my visit smooth and memorable. Her attention to detail and guest care are commendable. Overall, this is a must-visit hotel in Gurgaon — whether you're visiting for business or leisure, you’ll find it to be a comfortable and welcoming place. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again in the future.

I usually don't take the hassle of writing a review but Bristol hotel deserves one !One of the best hotels that exceeded all expectations and provided a spectacular and comfortable stay to my family ! Beautiful spacious rooms and a beautiful clean 5 star property is what I was looking for and got exactly that with an upgrade to club room ! The staff was stupendous and provided everything I asked for ! They were super courteous and never denied us any extra requests that we had! Always gave us great dining experience and the food was to die for ! Palmyra diner had the most courteous and humble staff that was on its toes for us and always served us more and more ! The housekeeping,reception even a bypasser of the hotel staff greeted us and smiled ! Overall a wonderful experience! Thank you Bristol! Will be visiting soon! In Sha Allah !

I am a frequent traveller. Offen visit Delhi relaterd to my business works. Though I have membership in a number of 5 star properties in Delhi. I often stay there. Due to a meeting in Gurgaon I chhose Bristol. I also called my friend. We both got stunned the level of service they are offering- whether it may be related to Cleaness, welcome, staff behaviour. Food quality is relly superb. Simply awesome. No doubt I & my friend will visit Bristol again & again. I strongly recomend Bristol to other travellors also. Floor manager Ranjana is so humble & soft spoken. May God bless her.

Had a comfortable stay at The Bristol Hotel, Gurgaon. Rooms were clean and service was prompt, except the sofa which had a very bad smell. Special thanks to Ranjana, the floor incharge, for her helpful and courteous support. Would recommend for a pleasant and hassle-free experience overall.

What stood out most was the consistently friendly and supportive team—from reception to restaurant staff. I was especially impressed by assistance from Ms. Anjana at the front desk, who went above and beyond every time I sought help, greeting me with a cheerful smile . Room service was prompt and efficient, meeting my needs with a high level of professionalism The hotel’s prime location near Sikanderpur Metro and Cyber City made my travels easy, but it was truly the team’s dedication to service that made my stay memorable . They anticipated needs, smiled sincerely, and added personal touches that turned a business trip into a special experience.

The entire experience at the hotel was exceptional. A special thanks to Harshit Arora from the front office, who consistently goes above and beyond to take care of us. Every check-in and check-out process has been seamless, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food is of outstanding quality, and the entire staff is incredibly courteous and professional.
