Hotel The Luxotic Suites, Gurgaon

SHADY AND NO SECURITY AND THEIR WORKERS USE THE ROOMS WHILE THE GUESTS ARE AWAY! I had booked online after seeing the rating. Looks like it’s all paid publicity! We were taken to 1st floor to show our room and the guy opened a room which was occupied . There was someone inside and then immediately he closed it saying this is occupied(later on we got to know that it was one of their worker who was using the room while the guests were away). It doesn’t end there. The room which he offered us initially, had bed which was just little bigger than single size bed. The bathtub was dirty. Then on asking he changed the room. But in all the rooms they don’t have a lock from inside. The only lock is the latch which is on the door which can be opened from both the side. And it was very clear that they were holding duplicate keys and could easily enter the room. There was no safety at all. After all this came a bigger shock, initially the room which he had opened was not occupied by the guests but by their worker who were sitting in the room while the guests were away and were having dinner and watching tv in that room. So this is the level of safety and privacy which this hotel offers. The lock on bathroom door was not functioning. One of the horrible experience I have ever had. There were many more issues but safety and security can never be compromised on and makes it one of the worst hotel. The property is not at all maintained and rooms are not clean. It’s very clear that the hotel is making paid promotions in google map review.

Room was dirty and lights were not proper in room. Pleae dont go for bathtub only rooms are not gud. No lift available.

Safety issue!! None of the rooms have latches on the inside. We booked our rooms online and when we went there, initially, the manager came with us and opened a room in which someone was already sitting. Later on upon allotment, we realised that the room did not have any latches from the inside. With them having a spare key, it was a real security issue. The bathrooms do not have working latches either. The varandah was covered in dust. The manager came to us almost immediately- telling us that he will give us cash and for us to transfer money to someone he knows. Later on when asked for RO water, they said that they only supply paid bottled water. The bathtubs did not have a drain stopper. So that was useless. Our rooms were changed but the new one wasn’t better. Almost all rooms do not have anything working properly. There is absolute zero maintenance. Don’t go by the reviews at all. The bed post had fungus in it. Overall an extremely unpleasant and unsafe stay. Females in particular should stay away.

Air Condition are not Working , washroom Door are not Locked and not any service very bad experience. This is not a hotel This is a private Residence. 🙏🙏🙏

Starting from the location, it is in a quiete localty. I reached the location and got my room and after 3 hours they had to change the room and the AC did not work there. Rooms look good in pictures but in person, they are not maintained at all. Air conditioning is very bad. Even at 18, I was sweating. Room service is so bad that firstly their landline does not work so u call the manager directly and place an order, then after 30 mins when nothing arrived you call the manager and he informs you that the item you ordered is not available. They don't take ownership. I added breakfast in my room and the morning when I called the property manager I was informed that they don't serve breakfast in the room and, I would have to pay. Then I called the owner and he called the manager and got the food arranged and I was not even given any choice of what I wanted. Their wifi is good for nothing, I contacted them that I had to work before visiting and they confirmed that wifi was good and then again I was disappointed. The wifi issue has happened before as well so this is the last I visit this place.

They offer beautiful rooms with bathtub in very affordable price 10/10 Luxury rooms at budget price. Location is also perfect nearby Millennium City Center Metro Station.

The rooms are as in pictures. The staff is nice and the location is awesome. Had a noise free , comfortable stay. I'll definitely recommend the owner to purchase new mattresses though before our next visit. Would complete the stars then. And the food was ok ok.
